Photo Sharing Help

Hi Ladies!

I took photos at my company's holiday party this past Saturday. Our company is made up of several contracts, and I don't know any of the people from the other contracts.

I would like to post the photos online so that attendees can use a special password to view the gallery and download any pics they might want. I opened a Flickr account but haven't been able to find out how to do this. It appears I can invite people to view the gallery, but I don't want the hassle of trying to determine who of the company's employees attended and sending them emails. (BTW, I did the event as a portfolio builder and plan on letting folks copy any photos they want.)

Does anyone know if Flickr or another site will let me create a password protected gallery so that I can post a message on the company intranet telling employees how to gain access?

Thanks for your help!

You can create a private "set" on Flickr. Then you can share the link using a "guest pass". Only people who have the link can view the set. If you need help figuring that out, just let me know. I can walk you through it.

I use something called Proof Buddy for this. It's free for a certain number of images per gallery, though I don't remember what that limit is. I purchased the extended version..
