Here is a picture I took of my DD. I thought this would be a good picture to practice my photoshop skills, which I have very little of. I want to get rid of the hairs that are around the bottom of her mouth. They bother me so much! So.. what's the best way to do this? I tried using the spot healing brush tool, but it's not working for me. The healing brush tool was my next option.

Use the regular healing tool...make it very small and follow the length of the hairs one at a time. Works like a charm for me every time.

You could also use the Patch tool or clone at a low opacity.
