Does anybody have their own or a copy of a print release you wouldn't mind sharing?

I had to come up with one in the spring for a mini pb shoot that I did, and did exactly what Gigi recommended...I just googled and kinda compiled my own. Not sure if its right or wrong or if anyone has even had to use it yet. Its literally 3 sentences and my signature, nothing fancy! Good luck!
