Pumpkin Patch quickie, pls. cc

Went to the patch today. It was crazy busy and full. Here is one of my nephew. It sucks I couldn't get direct eye contact!!! Please CC on everything. Is it bothersome that he is entered in the picture?

Settings:

ISO 125, f3.5, SS1/1000

Love the colors! he is a little bit magenta to me though. I am not calibrated though (i dont think so anyway) so I am not quite sure. The centering doesn't bother me too much but I think it would be a bit better if there wasn't so much space above his head.

He does look a bit red. The centering doesn't bother me either, but I agree, try cropping out some of the sky. He's a doll!

The skintones do need a bit more yellow/less magenta, but what a great shot (and pumpkin patch!)

I do think it's a bit too centered for my tastes, but you have some room to crop. It's so crisp and I love the depth of field.

what a cutie! I love the colors of the setting, but I'm wondering if that's a pumpkin cast on his face instead of the magenta. I mean, I understand magenta numbers, I'm thinking the pumpkins are the cause. I don't mind the centering at all, I think this is a nice capture.

Gwen, I think its a combination of both, color cast and his skin tone. He is a really fair kid. I need to read that post Amber made about skin tones again.... aaahhhh....
