Default Quick HHCC *(EDITED for pole, any better?)*

First,............................................ ........................................edited for pole & skin

Anything harsh, no worries, I <3 you guys for giving it to me real, only growing here! I am mad at myself I didn't set up a proper shoot for his outfit. I need to stop taking snaps and get some prepro worthy shots to work on once I have a better handle on editing.

Also, my photos now automatically upload into Lightroom. The thing I can't figure out (and hate how a manual doesn't come with CS4 or Lightroom) is when I do adjustments in Lightroom, I cannot find the un-adjusted original. Has anyone else had this problem? It's really freaking me out. Is that how you all normally upload pics to edit them in a batch?

I've finally figured out ACR and have photos automatically open in it, thank goodness, what a difference!

And flickr, errr. I have my settings so that it won't hide my EXIF data, but it still does. Err, I hate not being able to look at my settings quickly so I can post them. Is going Pro in flickr worth it?

Hmm, I don't have a lot of answers for you.. When I edit a ACR file, it saves over the original as well, unless I save as and re-name it. Probably not much help...

As for CC, I think its a really cute picture, but maybe you could clone out the red pole on the right? I love Jackson's vest! Where did you get that, if you don't mind me asking?

I can't help with lightroom as although I have the demo, I haven't tried it yet, I'm still getting to grip with cs4, lol!

As for flickr, I am not sure why your exif info isn't showing but I don't think it has anything to do with being pro or not. I went pro for unlimited storage.

I love the pic of Jackson, he's adorable. I agree that maybe the poll is a tad distracting and I would have loved to see more of his vest, but I know only too well how hard it is when they are so mobile

    I can't answer any questions...sorry.

He's so darn cute though! Love his little vest. Clone out the pole, and I think you are set.

Yeah, it's so annoying. When I edit in lightroom, in the library is my edited version, but I can't find the original

I was searching high and low for a vest for our family pictures (I didn't end up putting him in it anyways) but it's from Gap & old. Sorry, not much help! I will search though, but I literally did a google search for "Gap 12-18 month vest". It was new, but not sold through the Gap company, I found it from a Canadian Company.

What a cutie! I like the eye contact and the setting, just wish that red pole that isn't quite straight weren't there, it's really distracting me

As far as lightroom, you can always right click and duplicate your image and then hit the "reset" button (next to synchronize) which resets it to unedited. You can hit reset without duplicating too, I just hate to lose all my work!

Also, on the left side under history you can always go back to previous states..

Edit any better without the pole?

Is the skintone a tad better? The numbers are pulling up okay, I don't think I've had that before, I may actually be getting better, lol.

I like the pole gone. The skin tone in the second pic looks a lot better too. He's such a cutie
