    Default Quick High Key Question

I have to shoot a serious of headshots tomorrow for our Credit Union, and they wanted it on a white background. I'm going to have a couple of old Vivitar flashes shooting at the background, and I have a small softbox for my main flash (SB800). I also have a reflector. Most of the youtube videos I've been watching have had the main light shooting from directly above the camera, but they have been for full length high key shots. I think that would make the light really flat. Any thoughts? Should I put the softbox 45 degrees between me and the subject so that it bounces off the reflector as well as the subject?

That is what I would do for headshots.
