I've been lurking and posting in challenges, but not very much otherwise. For that, I apologize. I'm going to try harder...promise!
Thought I'd share some of my most recents. I'm in a macro kick lately and really am enjoying that versus people. I think this is where my true photography interest lies. I know it's not the regular fare, but thought I'd share anyway.
Not a macro, but still love it

WOW! To say you have an eye for this is SERIOUS understatement!
My favorite is probably #2. I love the crisp detail and awesome bokeh. I love the little dab of snow caught in there like that. I love the dark rich browns in that sea of white. composition, color, focus, every aspect is spot on!
I also love that moon shot. I tried that a while back and mine was less than spectacular.yours is ROCKIN'!
TFS, Jennifer!

I like #2 and the moon shot--the moon shot is awesome! I'm hoping to get back out again for the moon this week, and then next month for a crescent
I'm the same way, I have been doing nature photography for 12+ years and it's what I love most, and I'm better at it than at people.....
OHh these are lovely! It's hard to pick a favorite!I love macro too! It's so much easier and lots of fun too!
I seriously need to get out and about this winter and get some sort of winter macro shots. I don't remember but did you say you got a macro lens or something that attaches to your lenses?
Thanks girls.
Amy, it's a full moon tonight. I'm going to try to see what I can get.
Loida, I have these Kenko extension tubes. I have tried them will all my lenses, but my best combo is any combination of tubes (Depending how close/detailed I want to get) and my Canon 70-200 lens. I don't use auto focus and I don't zoom. I just move my body/camera back and forth to get focus. There's definately a learning curve with these things, but I have found that they are GREAT to have and pretty effective for getting a 1:1 macro shot.
LOVE 2 & 5! Great captures! Your work is amazing and I think it's great something that YOU love!
These are awesome! I love the last two

Yeah, I'd definately say that you have a knack for that! These are just stunning! I don't think I can choose a favorite. I love all the detail you caught in #5.
I love the moon shot!! They're all great but it is my favourite
Now, these are right up my street!! Like you & Amy, I certainly shoot more nature, wildlife & macro than people. I always said it was my hobby, but I suspect it's a passion and that people photography will be a hobby. I think that's why I don't post a whole lot here or anywhere else (but I do love to lurk here, lol!).
You absolutely rock the extension tubes! My fave is #2, but the moon is really cool as well.
