    Default sepia?

one of the newborn moms is asking for a particular photo in sepia... I've seen some awful sepia photos, mostly the "conversion" CVS offers but I have NO idea how to do a ''sepia'' conversion, can anyone recommend something that might help?

I'd do a gradient mapping and add a color balance layer and fiddle with them until you get a nice sepia color. Lots of red and yellow. Then bump the contrast up a bit (personal preference).

I'd just do a chocolate BW with lots of chocolate and see if that will pass.
