Default Shaped Bokeh... Christmas light fun

Hello ladies, I was asked to teach a class this year again on Shaped Bokeh. I am NOT the best nut I understand the concept and can apply it easily. I'll be putting together a small tutorial in the next week or so, and I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in reading up on it if I did? To those of you who are not familiar with Shaped Bokeh, here is a VERY VERY VERY lame example from last year, my 1st try:

Obviously WB is totally off and its a poor photo but you get the idea

By the way, this is Snowflake08... Kati Not sure why I am logged in under xoxoxo.... I did a password reset but I thought it was my account? hmm

I'd love to, Katie! I'll have to find something other than Xmas lights to try it on but it should be fun.

Yes of course! That would be so nice and generous of you! Love the pic and can't wait to try this holiday.

    OH YES, PLEASE!!!

I'm planning a couple of shoots (if I can get the ppl to book before Dec 1st ... grrrr). Neither will use Christmas lights, but I wanted to do something special - especially for the engagement shoot and was thinking about stringing some lights and using this technique to produce heart lights behind them.

ANYWAY ... I tried this last year and really sucked at it, so I can't wait to see your tutorial!

    Best,
