Neat shot, Tracy!Ryken has school again today after being off Monday because of the cold temperatures. He had the surprise bag, aka show and tell. He was so bummed school was canceled Monday, so of course he was extra excited to go this morning :D

Amazing shot Tracy! Amazing how something so simple can be so spectacular when photographed!
Katie- you are blowing me away- EVERY DAY! This one is no exception!

Mine is nothing amazing. Just a snap letting everyone know even the red power ranger does laundry, maybe even batman's laundry!

Tracy - that is just BEAUTIFUL! Makes me think of spring.

Katie - he looks so THRILLED to be going to school. Hope he had a fun day.

Sadie - I have been LOVING all of your super hero shots. They make me long for those days. Logan went through a period where he assumed the identity of Dash (from the Incredibles), even at preschool. We were so blessed to have an AMAZING teacher who just addressed him as "the Dash" and accepted all of his work with that name on it until the phase passed. *sigh* oh my heart. Soak it up, my friend! Soak it up!

Here is my shot:

My new camera bag is here! I ended up getting the Tenba Messenger (Large) bag
Tenba Messenger: Large Photo/Laptop Bag (Chocolate) 638-237 B&H
It holds both of my camera bodies, my speed light, 2 lenses (50mm and 18-200mm), cords, memory cards, extra batteries, my laptop AND my iPad and there is still room for more (though Carlos shot me an "over my dead body" look when I said that)! There is great padding and even w/ all of that in there, it's comfortable to carry. For most shoots, I wouldn't be carrying my iPad and laptop but it nice to know that when we travel I won't have to carry an extra bag for that stuff. I am really happy w/ the quality so far.

I carry a messenger bag similar to this on a daily basis for work. And since my iPad and laptop fit, I am thinking this will help me keep my camera with me more often (to encourage more shooting, right?).

Anyway ... just HAD to share. Biggrin

Best,
GiGi

Nice, GiGi!! And LOL about the look Carlos shot you about there being "still room for more". There's hope! Anthony was like that when we first got the DSLR, but he is the one who keeps looking for deals on lenses and buying me more stuff. Biggrin

I absolutely love the water drop shot, Tracy!

Don't you wish life were as exciting as an adult as it is as a child??

Gosh, that Randy is adorable!!

Yay for a new bag!!! I love the story about Logan.

I kept Jackson home from school because of a fever. I tried to let the fever run it's course without meds, but this kid just gets knocked out by them. When he got up from his nap, I offered him a popsicle to see if it would bring it down a bit naturally. Didn't work, but he sure did enjoy it Wink
