Who's in today?
The kids had their last swimming lesson till the next year today. Nora has struggled a LOT with swimming (fear of the water) but was doing better today. I liked the look of focus on her face here:
Carson was the same way before his swimming lessons this summer. He had a wonderful instructor, and a class of only 3, and he overcame his fear!! Now he will swim under water and dive for diving sticks! I hope that Nora will continue to get over her fear. Water can be scary, but she will learn how to cope and maybe even learn to love it
My shot for the day. Totally terrible snap!! It's from Boo at the Zoo. I wanted my picture with the kids. You can see how wonderful that turned out lol!!! Jackson kept turning away, the Carson brought his cape up and totally covered me! Oh well!

Then, I got to looking at it, and there is a mystery hand by his cape on the right of the frame. I wasn't wearing green, so it threw us for a loop. We decided it was either the tickets they gave us, or it was the umbrella I brought in. Regardless, it spooked us there for a while!
Tracy - AWWWW! I lover her intense look here as well. I hope that she will continue to improve in the water.
Steph - the mystery green hand IS kinda spooky. But it's good you got this snap anyway. Love all the lights. I'll bet it was a fun time for all.
Not my best soccer snap, but I love the way he has his leg pulled back so far. this kick turned out to be a cross-field pass that led to a great shot on goal (the kid missed, but still, it was a nice series!). Logan has fallen in love w/ soccer all over again this fall and it just makes me so happy and proud. I love listening to him talking w/ his dad about soccer all the time. It's a love they share (me too!) and I love that they love it so.
Wow, impressive leg position, GiGi!!
Steph, what's better than a mystery hand in a Halloween photo? Just adds to the mood!!
