Yay, have fun bringing Kano home! It will be an exciting day! Can't wait to see the pics, GiGi. Smile

Not feeling too hot here, so I tried to get a nice shot of some oat bars I baked for recess snacks, but it looked like crap, so I gave up. Had another shot here, but I'm popping this one in instead... caught Micah mid-yawn.

Very sweet, Tracy! I liked the first one, but this one is great too. Micah looks adorable mid-yawn. (Loved his bed head too).

I'm leaving work early to pick up a few last minute puppy things in preparation for bringing Kano home this evening. Hope it stops this drizzly rain so I don't have to stand out in it waiting for him to go potty all night tonight. Smile

Sorry you have more sickness in the house Sad I really hate this time of year.

Both of the boys came home from school this week with a homework craft project that is due the beginning of next week. Terrible timing for me!!! Carson's is due on my due date, and Jackson's on the day after. So with the baby coming any day, combined with my total uncraftiness, I was really dreading this!

Anyway, the project is to disguise Tom Turkey so he doesn't get eaten on Thanksgiving. My first thought was cotton balls and making him into a snowman or sheep. Carson was coaxed into it, but Jackson wasn't. He wanted a skeleton. I got some friend's help on ideas for the skeleton and here are the finished products!

I love BOTH of their turkeys, Steph! We had to do something like that when Logan was in Kindergarten - he made his look like Spiderman. It was a BLAST!

Finally got my shot off the camera:

I had forgotten how exhausting it was to bring a new pup into the house. Actually, the pup is doing quite well, but our big puppy girl is struggling. She's been an only pup for about 4 years now. She is doing better today, but I think it's gonna take a while for her to settle into this new routine. *sigh*

Best,

Steph, good for you in getting that done in spite of being so close to your due date and not feeling much energy/creativity for it. They look awesome!

GiGi, that looks so sweet, puppy sleeping there... Smile I'm sure it will be hard for your big puppy girl, though. Adjustments are tough on pets, just like people, right?
