Aw, GiGi, those are all SO sweet! Wonderful memories! They sure do grow up too fast, but it's amazing to see what great people they're becoming too.

My snap for today is just a funny drawing Nora made for DH. Translation is "The elves are not real." The other day at the dentist someone asked Micah if they were looking forward to Santa coming, and he said, "Well, Santa's not real." My kids have no sense of the magic of Christmas! :O But that's OK, because they still love seeing Santa and pretending about elves, so I guess their little lives haven't been destroyed by DH's desire to be truthful with them about such things! Although, you may notice the broken heart on the drawing, so maybe I'm wrong.

Flashback pics, well, I shared this on FB but here it is too. My kids' photo was in Thriving Family magazine this month!

Thought Micah warming his hands with his breath was kinda cute.

Lol @ the elf's not real picture!! Love the rest! You always look like you have such a great time with your kids.

Oh, you're bringing tears to my eyes with how much Logan has grown up! And I don't even know you personally! It's so not fair how quickly they grow up. I can already tell that Hudson is getting bigger and it's making me so sad! And I'm not even one that does newborns well!

Drew was laid off this past week, so we were off our routine again. I'll have to see what I took this week and report back.

Thank you for the prayers! It was just a temporary lay off for a week. He is actually getting a lot of the missed pay back through unemployment. All of the management had to take a week off. It was nice that he could take it when he wanted (just before the end of the year) so he could take it after Hudson was born to help me out. I've only had one full week alone at home, and still haven't had to do all 3 by myself for a full day. Silver linings! I will say that I'm kind of eager to get things back to normal. It's been a little chaotic!

Tracy - love Nora's little note! the holidays are what we make of them, and as long as everyone is enjoying themselves, the particulars (& who believes in what) are not important. thanks for sharing! the note is so cute! I love that branch w/ the red berries and snow. AWESOME!

Steph! I'm so sorry to hear about Drew's job! But I am relieved to know it was temporary. Good on you for finding the silver lining!

    Best,
    GiGi
