    Default Something VERY Different

Ok, I take every opportunity now to get my camera and take pictures. It just so happens my husband is a certifiable redneck and has an obsession with his Jeep. I go along for kicks most of the time because I have to admit, most of the people are 1) pretty nice and 2) very entertaining.

Well, we ran into a gentleman in a near by town that offered to have us out on his land. He had huge mud pits and a few trails into the woods. I wish we had stuck around for the big trucks going through the mud pits, but we had been there for 2.5 hours and they still hadn't started the mud.

Any way. With that long story, here are a few shares. The first two are of my hubby and his jeep. The last is a new friend taking his rig through some mud.

Wow, those are great! Being from South Carolina I can totally relate . My husband isn't really into that stuff, but I have tons of friends that are. One guy I work with goes out to these Jeep events on his weekends off and he is so in love with his Jeep he probably makes out with it when no one is looking .

    Thanks

I know it's not the usual fare for around here, but I was quite impressed with how they turned out. The last time I took pictures out and about like this it was with a p&s. These just don't even compare to what I used to do!

Oooh I like it. I wish I was able to go 4-running with my H3 when I had it. Can't do that with a mini-van, I could try, lol.

What a great opportunity for practice! My hubby is going on a rally driving experience soon, I am thinking of going to be the official "photographer", lol!

Great shots! We have a local contest out here and it's nothing but mud, naked people, and more mud. Seriously. Never been, don't plan on it, but I can imagine how much fun you had watching your hubby!

Lol!!! Thankfully I saw no naked people on Saturday...though we didn't stay very long....guess there could have been. Oh what pictures THAT would have made!! And I know exactly what you're talking about. Makes you wonder what kind of girls would do that kind of stuff.
