Default sRGB & Saving for Web

I *think* I've finally figured out sharpening, saving for the web, and sRGB! Maybe?

    SOOC
    Exposure: 0.004 sec (1/250)
    Aperture: f/2.0
    Focal Length: 30 mm
    Exposure: 0.00
    ISO Speed: 400
    Exposure Bias: +2/3 EV

    Edited and hopefully saved correctly?

Any HHCC appreciated, on a mission.

Crud, I don't know why the first is cropped more than the one I edited. I like that crop better. I'm still figuring out this Lightroom thing, I don't like how any edits I make, then I can't find the SOOC unless you're looking at the side by side thing. Is there a folder for SOOCs?

For fun, here's yesterdays when I would try to save but hadn't quite figured it out sRGB, I knew it was looking drab in flickr.

He's so darn cute! I like your newest edit a lot better. I do see a tad bit yellow, but it's okay with me, but that's just me! I am no pro!

I like your first edit better, although it does look a tad yellowish.

Thanks! Any suggestions on how to edit the yellow? Whenever I get the yellow out, he's just too underexposed, which I know he is.

I am at work with uncalibrated monitor. The edit is definitely better. From my screen color looks good. I see you have warmed him up. Very nice composition too.

I'm calibrated and the edit is definitely better - I'd say you got it figured out!!
