    Default Super Kid!

I've been wanting to do a super hero shoot for a while now, so I went for it this afternoon. What do you think? I'd love CC on anything. I did these in my free trial of Lightroom (thank you SO much Jennifer!) and touched them up some more in PSE 8. I'd love to know if I'm being consistent with my editing.

This one was with my 18-55mm attached and the speedlite on. I probably could have dragged the shutter instead of having it so high.

    Same as above

There are a couple more on my blog (linked in my siggy) if you're interested.

ETA: I hope I didn't step on your toes, Jennifer! I just realized that you said you were going to do a super hero shoot. Probably why I thought to do it this afternoon... I truly just remembered you were going to do it when I read the flashback thread.

Oh wow, LOVE the first one! Fabulous pose and expression!! Great light too. They all look really great, but I love that one so much!

#3 is the only one that I would critique slightly by saying that I wish his face were further to the right of the frame and you could see a bit more of his shoulder/cape on the left.

These looks great Stephanie. As far as color, I think they look pretty consistent, take that with a grain of salt since I am on uncalibrated monitor with the exception of 3 & 4. 3 looks a tad red while 4 looks a tad more yellow from what I see on my monitor.

Probably just my preference but I wish #1 had more room above him.

I do have a bit more room above his head with that one. Which do you prefer? The first is the new crop, the second is the original.

I like the first one better - I was thinking of expanding the canvas on top a lot more, I think its because he is looking up and I want to envision what he is looking for up there. YKWIM? Sorry if I am not making sense, work brain... lol

SUPER cute!!! These are just adorable. I like the edit of #1 better. I might even add a bit more space on the right side. Not much, just a tad.

And no toes stepped on here! It's a clickin mom's meet-up we're doing for the superhero shoot. Wasn't my idea and I'm not providing any of the superheros I certainly can't wait, though. The group of girls is very creative and I can only guess what we'll end up doing!

    Thanks for the replies, ladies!

I stretched the canvas here. Too much?

Love these! Carson gets mad props from me for being so compliant.

I think the color on 1 is awesome! The blue in his shirt really pops against his fair (but not washed out skin). I think the color on 2 is a little lighter, have no idea why, but that's what I saw. I also wanted to add that the last edit you did is great! I wouldn't have thought to add that space, but it really makes a positive impact on the picture. Loving all this great cc your getting!
