    Default Tonights session *updated*

I have a session tonite with my DH's boss! Im pretty nervous about it. THese people have very expensive taste. They have seen my work and still want me to take pics, so that is a good thing I guess.. lol! ANy way, they have 2 or 3 horses and want pics of them with their horses. Im scared about lighting. Im hoping it gets really cloudy really fast! Here is a list of poses/ideas that I came up with from Google search.. Let me know if you can think of anything else!

    nose to nose with horse
family sitting in front of horse(s) with rather low ap for DOF
    daughters by their white fence
    family with same pose
horse in stall with daughter standing beside
riding pics (this also has a note not to cut off horse's tail )
    Girl laying on/hugging horse
full body shots girl beside horse
pulled back shot to get a hopefully pretty sky

anything else to add, or any advice for me???

I don't have any advice but wanted to say good luck. your list of poses sounds really nice, and I love the note about not cutting off the horse's tail. I totally need notes like that to myself.

Hmm... never really did a session with horse. I like what you have listed.

    It was awful................
    they had FIVE horses
Two daughters, one of which was a spoiled brat! Her mom wanted some bareback pics, and the girl climbed up there and started whining/shouting, i cant do this, Im done! Geesh!
and the wind was blowing terribly!
I think I can save enough for a proof set of about 20-30
but its gonna be A LOT of work....

I am SO sorry Mandie!!! I feel you, I had a nightmare session last night too. I was going to respond to this earlier, but to be honest, it looked like you had all the bases covered. SO I didn't have too much to contribute. I am sure the pictures you DID get turned out amazing. I am excited to see what they look like with the horses. I'm sure beautiful, despite the less than stellar subjects.
