I wanted to create a watermark to suit my photography but of course not for business reasons because I don't intend to ever make my photography a business of any kind.
All I wanted was something to protect my photos but that also meant something to me.
I'd love to know what you think. I used the watermark Tutorial on this board
Anyway as most of my photography is Floral / landscape based I wanted something that reflected that. Its just the first one I made that I thought was worth showing.
I'd love thoughts, opinions and suggestions for any changes. I do think the white band too high
Oh.............. The word I chose is Amarantha, which means Unfading Flower.
Thanks for everything guys!
I tried something different. I guess I will keep on going until I find something I like.
ETA that I'm having a bad day with spelling and just realised my mistake GRRRRR!
So.... another question has formed in my brain...... is it okay do you think, for me to put photography in there even though I'm not going into business with it.
I'm officially addicted to Photoshop CS4
I think I like this one best

Hi cazz - I really like the font in #2 & #3. I'm not crazy about the font in #1. I think I like the third one the best because it is a little less busy with the flowers. Very cool. Now you have me motivated to attempt to update mine! Oh, and I think it is PERFECTLY fine to include photography in your watermark. You are still a photographer whether it is pro or not. Thats just my opinion. I have no plans to go pro and keep photography in mine as well!
I love the 3rd one. I think it's SPOT ON! Simple and effective. And I agree w/ Jess that, yes, you can/should have photography in your watermark. You do NOT have to go pro or have any plans to do so. You are a photographer after all ... regardless of whether or not you get paid to take photos.
TFS ... it's fun to see your creative processes.
Totally okay to have photography in your watermark! That is what it is after all! I am another vote for the 3rd.
