I am so not a wedding photographer. I was persuaded to photograph a friend's wedding. After multiple 'I am not a wedding photographer' speeches and she said she didn't want anything too formal that it was nothing elaborate, no bridesmaids, no cars etc Just a few of the civil ceremony and some group family shots.
Anyway the request was in june and today was the wedding. With bridesmaids, limousines even an aisle bouquets cakes etc etc.
I am actually impressed with how much I didn't stuff it up
for the last week it has been torrential rain right up until midnight last night it was bucketing down.
Today was blue skies and full sun.... with some cloud cover.
I'm too tired to post any setting but these are just a few I wanted to share. I didnt have much to work with in the way of surroundings as it was at a local pub.
Feel free to nitpick.

Nice lighting!! I would just liquify here and there, not too much but just 'tuck in' some bits. The trick is to do it so that they don't notice that you have done it, but make them slimmer at the same time. Your angle in number 2 is the best!
I think they will love these Cazz. You did really well!

Thanks so much ladies. It was hard work but I am happy with what I am seeing.
Weddings are nerve wracking, but you did a great job here and I know they will treasure these! My favorite is #6 - it has a wonderfully intimate feel. Would love to see it in b&w as well.
Beautiful, Cazz, good for you for doing a wedding even though you weren't 100% comfortable! You did a great job!!
