Working on Exposure CC appreciated.

Howdy.

Well, since we have to get out of the house when people come to view it I have been taking my camera out at the same time to play around.

I'm in the middle of Understanding Exposure so I'd appreciate any CC you can offer on these.

SS: 1/200
ISO: 400
Ap: 6.3

SS: 1/250

Thanks

The last one looks best by way of exposure.

I would try to open your ap some and adjust the others accordingly. Mainly because you are focusing on the flowers only. It is not like focusing on a large group so the background does not need to be clear. Opening up that AP will draw the focus in more specific area. I only use ap at 6 with more than one subject and I want it clearer. Even then I start out at 5.6 then close it up from there.

WTG though. Smile

I also think that if you open up the app, then the first few pics will look better. They're just a bit too dark I think. WTG for practicing!!!

If you shot in raw, you should be able to play with the exposure. Looks a bit underexpose. But focus is really great.

Thanks Ladies.

I get a little frustrated with exposure, but I think I am improving.

I loved the comment about focus, cos I didn't use the tripod this time as there was no time to grab it. I knew I was improving on it but you're always blinded by your own work I guess and when someone makes nice comments it can make your day!

I'm planning on going out again today to see what I can improve on.

Thanks again.

Hi, you've gotton some great feedback already, just wanted to say I really like #4. I feel like the color pops the most in that one! Way to go for getting on there and practicing!
