Mary - I'm glad work went okay.
Lauren - good luck with this cycle!
Amanda - I hope they just got the files mixed up!
AFM: 6dpo and feeling pretty confident we'll get away with this cycle. With my pregnancies my temp was always up by now and it's still in my "lower post-O" range.
wow, where is everyone?
Lauren - how are you doing? Did you O yet?
Amanda - did you figure out what was going on with your DH's bloodwork?
Katie - how is Rory sleeping?
Mary - I hope AF hasn't been too bad.
AFM - 8dpo. Temp up the past two days. Could go triphasic tomorrow (but that's happened before and I haven't been pregnant). I've had some weird symptoms - uncharacteristic cleaning yesterday, a dream last night of the sort I usually have while pregnant... yep. that's about that.
DH has a crazy week so I've been taking the kids at night and it's been rough. Last night DH got to bed around 1am, Alex was up at 1:30, he woke Oliver, who was then up for 2 hours. Then Alex was up again at 5:45. Ick.
It is quite in on these forums, hope everyone is good. For those that celebrate Easter what are you doing this year? I really don't want to get any chocolate for the girls since they still have some left from Christmas. I want to get the girls something consumable (like bath stuff) or useful (like clothing).
Virginia - Sounds like the night was pretty rough, hope the boys take it easy on you today.
DH is getting the doctor to retest, he's a bit skeptical of the results, he is still seeing a dietitian to see if there are any changes he can make just in case the test results are right, it's going to be tough for them to find too much wrong with his diet he eats pretty healthy (with a few minor vices but not many).
I can't believe how fast kids grow up, Dana came to me the other day and informed me she got AF, how is it one of my kids is that old???
Dana has a hockey tournament this weekend, we let the coach know that we wouldn't be available Saturday evening (Easter dinner with family) so she's off for the day, she'll only have to play on Friday and Sunday (if they make it to semi-finals).
I'm doing OK, been tired lately, my long weekend starts tomorrow so that is more than welcome.
Yeah, it's been pretty slow around here...
Amanda, I'm glad DH is getting the doctor to retest. I can't believe Dana got AF, it must be crazy to realize you have a kid old enough!
Virginia, oh my! What a nail biter! heh
AFM, I haven't O'd yet, but I'm close. I feel pretty fertile this morning (watery CM and pretty open and a little crampy), so I'm hoping I will O tomorrow, maybe Friday at the latest? Of course I've had so many wonky cycles lately that it's hard to say - for all I know my body will freak out and close up shop on me again and make me wait 2 more weeks! haha.
Amanda - wow. What a milestone for Dana. Good luck with the raging hormones. I hope DH's retest comes back fine and enjoy your long weekend!
Lauren - I hope you O soon!
AFM: Oliver is doing a sleep strike. There's no apparent reason (maybe teething, but even pain meds don't help much). He was up 2 hours last night as has barely slept (maybe 30min) so far today and it's after 3:30pm! ugh. Of course, he has to do this during DH's super busy week.
here's the chart again
Raymond just asked again whether there's a new baby in my tummy. I wonder if the kid can smell progesterone or something. He asked me right after O last cycle, too.
Virginia, wow do you really have EWCM for that many days!!????? *jaw drops* I've actually found that since having Xander I don't get nearly as much fertile CM. I'll get 2-3 days TOPS of watery or EWCM. That's it. And while I used to get gobs of EWCM, I now only get a small amount. Just enough for me to know it's there! It's one of the things that is starting to worry me since I didn't get pregnant right away. Guess I'll bring it up with my dr if we keep missing the eggy.
I really hope you get some good sleep soon!!
I thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiink I might have spotted a little bit of EWCM earlier. It's still mainly watery, but there was one little tiny glob. Not much. We BD'd last night, so I guess it couldn't been that - but I personally think that looks different than EWCM. Either way, I'll cover my bases and BD again tonight! Man I hope I O soon and we don't have a crazy long cycle like last month! That was way too much BD'ing in such a small amount of time. I want a nice easy cycle that ends with a baby! PLEASE! heh
TMI I checked my paper chart just because it looks crazy on FF. The first day of that stretch is marked as "EW at cervix" but the others were all much more than that. I honestly, almost never get dry days, either. I am BFing still so my O is a little delayed. Normally I O around CD16, so that might have added a couple days this time. I usually have 5-6 days of it, though. Drives me nuts.
AFM: officially triphasic today. I gave in an tested, BFN as expected. I'm nervous about testing tomorrow, though. We should be safe since we were preventing, but... I almost wish I weren't charting. It's too "pretty". Maybe I'll wake tomorrow to a huge temp drop. I'd like that.
(ETA: of course, if I am pregnant I'll be happy. It'll just take me a little bit to get used to the idea, especially since the timing wouldn't be ideal.)
Virginia - GL how ever it comes out :) IT is a pretty chart!
Lauren - GL catching the egg!
Amanda - Wow for Dana, and I saw on FB Natalie is reading your kids are getting big :)
Hi Anyone I'm missing! Life has been a circus here. Remember when I said everyone was healthy? REmember that? It lasted about 5 minutes. Then DH brought home the plague and everyone but me fell victim. Rory is back on the albuterol nebulizer, Evan's nose is running off his face and DH is coughing and hacking up a storm. Somehow so far I have avoided it. Rory had his 4 month check today and was 15 lbs 15oz and 27" just a little smaller than Evan was. We skipped shots though b/c he's been sick. Assuming he gets better we'll do those next week. Tues daycare sent Rory home sick and then yesterday my mom watched him and he cried for her literally ALL DAY LONG. Sigh. He's totally high needs and my mom isn't the greatest with babies to begin with. Sad to say but had he been allowed he would have been happier at daycare with Marisol his "teacher" who he loves. But I had a madhouse day at work and DH is at an important client so we made due. Work is a circus b/c we're at fiscal end and we're right on the edge of hitting out budgets -- and our bonuses are dictated by hitting budgets soooo everyone is running like mad. Not much sleep, cranky sick kids, sick DH, crazy work....I'm beat!
Katie - oh my. I hope things get better! Sounds rough.
AFM: bit of a temp drop and BFN. I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing AF today or tomorrow.
Raymond woke up soaking wet last night (through a pull-up) and then threw a fit for an hour. Thankfully DH helped, but because he helped he went into work late and probably won't be home until after bedtime tonight. ugh.
