Mary: crossing my fingers for you so at least one of us will get a BFP And woohoo that the transfer is probably going to work out!! Cool about the girl on your BB. I wasn't feeling all that baby hungry until we saw a 3-5 day old baby at the kids' pedi office and suddenly I was like "I WANT ONE!" hahaha

Amanda: yikes, hope you find the paperwork

Have the first coat of paint on the bed (this is after sanding/primer/re-sanding LOL). Plus got both kids' rooms cleaned and put away clothes that don't fit. Pretty productive day. Oh did I mention I'm still in my shorts I wore to bed? Oh well, going biking later so I can't get too excited about getting dressed.

I know it's late just thought I'd let you all know that I found my paperwork, was buried on my desk, since I don't have anyone to drive me to get the blood draw tomorrow so I will do it Friday morning, hope that's alright. It's a hormone test that was supposed to be done on CD3 but I am doing it on CD4 (that said normally AF starts in the morning but it started in the evening this month), hope that's alright.

Also have to book a hearing test, at the suggestion of my doctor, the ringing in my right ear is becoming more frequent and the left is now starting to get ringing. I also really had difficulty hearing people talking to me yesterday in a noisy crowded room.

Now I need to find my mail key, it's been missing for about a week now...

Amanda - I hope all of your tests work out okay. Maybe your mail key is buried on your desk too?

Ash - sorry about AF. I can't wait to see the pictures of the bed. Oh - from back a few pages we got this this potty seat.

MAry - I love how you "accidentally" POAS! Have you tested again? Hope it's a BFP! I'd love to up and move to Hawaii (or at least in my head it sounds awesome!) I hope you get your transfer!

Katie - I love Woodbury - I should have gone last week! I couldn't live in the south either - it's nice that you had a headhunter call you - maybe they have other jobs that you are qualified for? My sister lives in TN and even though it is pretty and cheap (their house was practically free by NY standards) I couldn't raise kids there. I have no clue what they will do for school - although they are right outside of Nashville and might have some more progressive school options.

AFM - DH is back and it is definitely nice to have someone around to have a conversation with, but we are definitely not in any type of routine yet - it's a good thing that I don't have to work yet... we are all over the place in the morning.

I've chickened out with the potty training. I know I just need to do it and I really think she is ready, but the thought of being on the subway with her and having no options for the bathroom (or something like that) stresses me out so much. Especially since I usually wear her.

Amanda - Glad you found your papers. What are they testing for?

Erica - GL with the PTing. That's the thing that stressed me out the most, too... Being out somewhere, stranded with no potty for him, hahaha. It's still a little nerve-wrecking. Yesterday, I took him with me to Target, my OB appointment, and to Panera to pick up some food for lunch, and I just made him go frequently... He peed in Target when we first got there, then peed at the doc's office on our way out. Haha... Sometimes it slips my mind, so I have to actively think about it and remember to make him go often, just to try to avoid a fiasco.

AFM - The baby fever is in full-swing, even though the timing is poor. A girl on my March 2011 board had a home water birth last night. She was team green, and she had a baby girl (she already had two boys, zero girls, so that was exciting). Then this morning, another girl on the same board announced a BFP. Ugggghhh! I did POAS again, but it's annoying. I think it's probably going to closely resemble last month... Super faint line, followed by AF. I'll hold out a slight bit of hope since I honestly don't know how many DPO I am.

Evan is really good at holding it...he is also rather afraid of public toilets since one auto-flushed on him. Sigh. He can easily hold it a couple hours but when he has to go and we're out he'll typically cry vs go on the potty b/c he's so afraid of the flush. Not sure how we're going to tackle that particular problem. He also pooped on the floor the other night b/c he's having some set backs with that. He was fine then suddenly it started "scaring" him. He hasn't had an accident at daycare in almost 2 weeks though or a pee accident except the autoflush incident at Woodbury.

Erica - ya I think I'd really need to consider a secular private school...which I suppose would be easier to afford when houses are so cheap!

Amanda - GL with the ear stuff that doesn't sound fun at all!

Mary & Ashley - yay for TTC I like having people around who are even if I'm not

Nothing exciting here. Boys just got up from their nap. I managed to get a run in (though cut to 2.5 miles from 3 b/c Rory woke up and needed to be resettled) and tonight I'm having dinner with a friend. My sister is coming up from NYC this weekend with her fiance. We're celebrating my mom's 60th bday. We got her an iPad and I think she'll both love it and hate that we bought her something expensive. She is IMPOSSIBLE to buy for but she's going to Italy and has mentioned a few times an iPad for the plane might be nice. So we got her one, she can complain we spent so much if she wants I couldn't get her mums (my usual fall bday gift) for her 60th birthday!

LOL... Sean has issues with auto-flush too. I hate it. I try to remember to hold my hand in front of the censor, but I don't always remember. It always flushes on him, then it interrupts his stream and he doesn't empty all the way and has to go again 5 minutes later, grrrrr... Damn you, auto-flush, haahah.

Hmm, never thought of the auto-flush being scary. I'll bet she won't like that. She is terrified of the automatic hand dryers. She'd rather leave her hands wet then go near it.

We went to the zoo this morning, then rode the carousel - I am wiped out. I should have napped when I put Lily down.

Xander used to be afraid of the auto flush, but the promise of a few mini M&M's quickly got him over that. haha

Amanda - glad you found your paperwork. Now good luck finding the keys!

Mary - another faint line? Goodness! I wonder how many dpo you are.

Erica - the zoo always wipes me out, too! I'm sure you guys had fun, though. Glad DH is home! GL finding your routine again.

Katie - do you run outside with the kids in a stroller, or do you use a treadmill? WTG on the workout.

AFM - not a ton going on here. Still pregnant. Still big. Baby still trying to kick his/her way out of me. haha. I just bought some pregnancy tea (natural medicinals) that I started drinking, so that's about the only thing new.

I posted this on the DYSAL board, but I'll share here and see what you guys think. This was taken within 5 minutes of peeing on it (at 3:30pm, midday urine, although I held it for a few hours)

ETA: No clue what DPO I might be. 8 is a total guess. That would mean that the closest BD was 3 days prior.
