Thanks guys.
Well, in my last pregnancy I gained way too much weight. I didn't think I had, I gained 37 lbs, but after I had Xander and he was SO tiny I hardly lost any weight... Then I was one of those sad cases that couldn't lose weight while BF'ing no matter what I did! It was AWFUL! I had 14 1/2 months of being chubby and feeling bad about myself because none of my clothes fit, but I refused to buy new clothes. I vowed I'd never go through that again, so I'm being really careful of what goes into my body this time around. I mean I still splurge sometimes because I do get those hormonal days that only ice cream can fix, but I keep my portions of stuff like that small. Otherwise it's all healthy. And I exercise 5 or so days a week, all pregnancy dvd's. I've gained 12 lbs so far, so I'm happy with that. I'd rather not gain more than 10 lbs more, though I won't starve myself or do anything stupid. I figure if I can avoid the third trimester depression I'll be okay. I really went crazy last time during the third trimester! I ate anything and everything and gained most of my weight in that 3 months. It. Was. Bad. haha.

You look amazing, Lauren! And so does your house. Lovely! Xander is too cute.

Lauren - Your belly looks so cute!
How about you other prego ladies any pics?

Still looking great! Totally all belly! I've pretty much settled on wanting a third but I'm really wondering if I can do it w/o gaining 55+ pounds. I'm lucky I lose it but it is really hell on your body to gain 55+ pounds in 9 months then lose it in 3-6 mo. Right now I weigh my very normal 136 (weighed myself this morning in an effort to get Rory's weight to attach to his 10 mo pic 22.3 lbs for Rory haha) and when I delivered both boys I was about 190-195. I would love a pregnancy where I didn't blow up like a WHALEEEEEEEE, not having a 10 lb 12 oz baby would be good too.

Loving the belly, Lauren!
Katie - I had forgotten how big Rory was... Holy moly! And Evan was no tiny little thing. You just grow 'em big, haha. ;)
In both of my pregnancies, I have gained the same, about 40 lbs. I don't like gaining that much when all the pregnancy books say you shouldn't gain more than 25 (where the F do they get that number? lol). But since it has happened twice and I've taken it off both times, I just assume that's "normal" for me.

The normal weight range is 25-35 lbs, is it? I thought it was only under 25 lbs if you're overweight to start with.

You look great, Lauren!
It's weird how your body kind of knows what it wants to gain. I've only put on 22-26lbs with my pregnancies even when I try to gain more.

Lauren: you look so cute! Sounds like you are doing great on your weight gain so far! Good luck keeping it in the range you'd like...I haven't been able to accomplish that!
I'm considered "normal" BMI but barely kept in the 25-35 range with my DD (35 exactly) and then gained 38 with DS. I'd really like to stay closer to 30. I just need to not overindulge because I'm pregnant I think I could probably keep 5+ extra pounds off. We'll see. I lost the weight fairly easily after DS (took a lot more work the first time...probably because I didn't stay in shape at all during pg) but 38 pounds is looks like 60 on my 5'3 frame!

Lauren you look amazing.
With Dana I gained nearly 40 Lbs and she wasn't exactly heavy, 7lbs 13.5 oz, mind you I started at a whole 115 lbs and ate a ton! Didn't lose all the weight after.
My pregnancy with Natalie wasn't normal I actually lost weight, started the pregnancy at 155 lbs at the end of the pregnancy I was 135 lbs (20 lbs lost), post partum I was 107. I'm just glad to have gained weight.
