No good news here. I started to m/c yesterday (my mom's birthday and exactly 4 months after the last one). I have betas today and Wednesday, so I'll get to watch my numbers fall. I took a test today and it has already faded to a really faint line. Hopefully this cycle will be pretty normal and we can make a New Year's baby.

Virginia - So sorry. KUP on how the betas go.

Ashley - I'm an only child. No siblings whatsoever. So I *love* watching them interact with each other (although I hate it when they're fighting.. it's still interesting to watch). It will be so strange and amazing for me to have 3 little ones of my own after growing up as an only child myself. Even DH only had one sister (2 years older), so 3 is going to be foreign to him also.

AFM - Sooo ready for a day off tomorrow! I'm getting my hair cut at 9:30am tomorrow (MUCH overdue... it's all growing in at different lengths now, and not in a good way, lol.. looks terrible). After that, we need to go to the jewelry store for my 6-month cleaning of my wedding ring. It's near Toys'R'Us, so I'm going to stop there for some last-minute things for the boys (DH and the boys will be with us, but I'm making him stay out in the van with them so they can't see what I buy). I think DH wants to get his hair cut too. Then the best part... I found some egg-free sugar cookie recipes, so I'm going to try to make some sugar cookies with Christmas cookie cutters and let Sean help me put on colored frosting. If I'm feeling daring, I'll let Calvin help too (yikes, lol).

Virginia: I'm so sorry I hope at least you're right that you're over the worst of it. *hugs*

Mary: GL with all the errands, haircuts, and cookies! I think I'll do cookies with my kids next Monday to leave out for Santa.

Trying so hard to get caught up cleaning today. My house is generally picked up, but covered in hand prints and sticky (which is strange to me since I don't let them eat anywhere but the table and then wipe their hands after...I swear they store food to make a mess with after they get down!). Then we need to hit the grocery store & gymnastics tonight. We got a ton of snow over the weekend & are supposed to get hit with an even bigger storm tonight into tomorrow.

Virginia - I'm so very sorry.

Mary - I hope the sugar cookies turn out. Good luck with the frosting...

Ash - I was kind of in the same boat with the gender, I was leaning towards team green, but DH really wanted to know and I figured it was the one part of this he could be a part of. Good luck with the snow!

AFM - still have a cough, but it appears to be getting better. Of course, I've said that like three times now and then it got crappy again. Haha. Here's hoping this is it IT, though. I saw my dr today and she checked my lungs and they're still fine, so she said I just have to wait it out. Ugh... Baby's doing fine. Because of the holidays next week I won't have another appt til next Thursday, given I don't go into labor before then (and here's hoping I don't). Once Christmas comes and goes this baby is more than welcome to make an appearance.

Holy crap, Lauren - I just saw your ticker! When did you get so freaking close? I'll be anxious to see if baby comes before, after, or ON Christmas.

Ashley - I don't have too huge of a problem with the sticky, etc. But CLUTTER, omg.. I can have a room perfectly picked up, and the kids can clutter it INSTANTLY. So exhausting.

AFM - Got all my errands done and lunch ate by 1pm, pretty good. Got my hair cut this morning, then came home to get DH and the boys. We went to the mall, dropped my ring off for some maintenance, DH got his hair cut, bought the kids snow suits (on the off chance that we'll have snow this year), then ate some lunch. After that, we went to Toys'r'Us. DH stayed in the van with the kids so I could buy them some toys without them seeing. And in the toy store, I ran into my OB/Gyn, LOL. I was like, "Oh hi! I'll be seeing you tomorrow!" LOL... Weird. We're home now and I'm prepping to make cookies.

Mary: don't get me wrong, my house can BE cluttered, but I am pretty anal about picking up at nap time and bed time so it doesn't get out of control. But that leaves me zero time for actual scrubbing. I should post of a pic of my wood floors sometime. It takes about 45 minutes to sweep and mop them if I'm really pushing myself to go quickly so I only manage to do it about every week and a half and they get NASTY! LOL to running into your gyno.

Lauren: Sending you "STAY IN BABY" vibes until Dec. 26th

Dane graduated to a booster seat at the table instead of the attached "high chair" he's been using. He won't eat if we strap him, and if we don't he stands up and bounces in it so I'm afraid he's going to pull it off the table. He sneaks into Brekke's chair if she isn't at the table anyway so I figured he was ready. He has been pleased to death with himself all day in his "big boy" chair. I'm delaying working out on pg.org right now...have GOT to go downstairs before nap time ends so here I go (UGH!). haha

Ash - you think 1 1/2 weeks between floor cleanings is bad?! Okay, so I usually do mine every 1-2 weeks, but my goodness now that I wear out so quickly I just can't! DH says he will, but then doesn't. Ugh, wood really sucks sometimes! Carpet would be easy! Now I live in filth til tis baby is born, lol.

Mary - busy day! Happy cookie baking.

AFM - uh yeah, this kid could come any day now! Still coughing, ugh. Just go away! Booooo! Lots of contractions today, but all BH ones. I think because baby crammed himself into one corner of my uterus, heh. I managed to be mildly productive today and take the dogs and boy outside, talk about a good day!

Ash - Calvin recently graduated to a booster too. It's awesome to have the high chair out of the dining room because it takes up so much space, but I guess we'll have it back out here pretty soon, hahah..

Lauren - Sending you lots of "cough-go-away" vibes. Sometimes I think you get sick with a cold or whatever and cough so much that it irritates your lungs and then you could more because of that, then it's like an endless cycle of cough.

AFM - Ugh, really crampy, painful uterus tonight. I think I overdid it a bit chasing the kids (okay, Calvin) earlier. He's becoming a little terror!! OMG! Terrible 2's!!! He is INTO EVERYTHING. So far, it's mostly in that cute mischievous baby way, but he still gets himself into trouble sometimes.. Trying to play with power cords and destroy our laptops and whatnot.

In other news... EXCITED for my big u/s tomorrow!! (My very last BIG u/s??? )

ETA - Some pics of the boys making our sugar cookies. They had a blast, haha.
