Jen - That would be a sticky situation if they just grow to expect you to do their pics for free. Have fun, though! I'm hoping to do some 2-yr pics of Calvin this coming week. My picture-taking efforts have gone by the wayside lately with them both injured all the time. Sean's black eye doesn't make the best pics, and we can barely get one of Sean's 4T shirts over Calvin's arm with it all wrapped. The hard cast is actually a tad less bulky, so that's nice, but still not ideal. He has to wear it 2 weeks, and will probably get it off then (hopefully).

Virginia - Those pictures are CRAZY!!! I can't believe you had something that looked like that and she didn't give it a second thought. Wow.... I guess it could really go either way, but it leaves you to wonder how it was so obvious to her that it's not a twin.

Katie - Good luck controlling that baby fever if the company doesn't want another interview, hahaha. I think I could be pretty good birth control right now if you needed some.. I am so freaking uncomfortable and crabby (about to snap at the kids tonight, omg), and I still have 11 weeks to go. ELEVEN. In one way, that seems like an eternity because I'm really uncomfortable, my pelvis hurts, I feel huge, etc. But then assuming we're done after this, it's sad to think that it's my last 11 weeks of pregnancy ever. *Sigh*

AFM - My next appointment is Tuesday and I will have an u/s to check for growth. I'm excited to peek in on the baby. I hope I get some decent pics to bring home. I'm not too concerned that the baby isn't growing well. The doc said I measured appropriately, and when the baby kicks me, he feels plenty big enough for 29 weeks. I'm getting a lot of those big deep jabs, and he has started getting the hiccups a lot.

Virginia - My cousin is due in October (I think her u/s pics said 7w, so whatever that date is in regards to you) and she just found out she's having twins. She has two others... Her oldest is going on 4 and her youngest going on 2. They live in SC, otherwise I would DIE to do twin newborn pics for her!!

Mary - Yay for an u/s! I had a few with Sam, too, due to them watching his ureters. It's nice to peek at them as they fatten up! Although, Sam HATED the u/s and always flipped over! So we actually have zero shots of his face.

Katie - Oh no, baby fever!! So I don't see you staying on the bandwagon much longer then, huh?!

AFM - Just have to go do my run for the day (I think it's 4 miles again) and then we're going to do Owen's 3 year pics! Hopefully the weather will cooperate. The forecast said partly sunny and mid-40's, but right now it's gloomy and gray like it's been for the last 10 years it feels like. Hopefully the sun will peek out soon!

Virginia - No matter what it is I just you have a healthy pregnancy. Though twin girls would be nice When do you get another U/S?

Katie - Hope the baby fever doesn't hit you too bad, though I don't know how it can hit you when taking care of so many dogs. Apollo (our 8 month pup) is a handful, keeps baby fever at bay, mind you there are days I want a kitten... yeah I'm insane.

Mary - Yay for Calvin getting pins out, not sure I could handle seeing all that. Sounds like baby is growing well, hope you get some good pics at the U/S.

Jen - Hope the weather co-operates for you to get pictures.

I doubt I get another u/s until 12 weeks. I may ask at my appointment (8w) whether we can check on the "bruise" to make sure it resolved.

Mary - could you give me some comparison of what zofran and phenegran were like for you? the m/s is kicking my rear, but unfortunately, so is the zofran. I'm so tired I can barely function. Honestly, I can't function unless I'm in bed or on the couch. I just want to sleep all the time. And I have three kids to watch and get to activities. And the nausea is still sneaking through sometimes. Ugh.

Virginia - Zofran is less sedating than phenergan. It doesn't cause drowsiness for me (however, pregnancy in general defeats me in the first trimester, so it doesn't make much difference for me). Phenergan is much more sedating in general, so I'm guessing if you're that drowsy with the zofran, phenergan probably is not going to be a better option. I usually took zofran during the day day and phenergan at night. Good luck... First trimester is ROUGH, especially when you've got little ones to chase after. I was hoping you'd get lucky with an easy one this time.

Jen - Saw some of Owen's pics on fb, he's such a cutie. He looks so big!!

AFM - I've got my OB appointment and u/s tomorrow, and DH and the boys will be going with me. I've gone to a lot of the appointments by myself this time because it's too chaotic with them around, but I do like for them to be there and be involved. I'm excited to get another peek at the baby. After that, we're going to get the boys' hair cut. I'm excited for that too... It's Calvin's first haircut!! His hair is so crazy. It's still very thin, fine baby hair, but it's getting long and out of control. Can't wait to see what he'll look like with it evened out a bit. And Sean just has a crazy red fro right now, so his is due for a cut. DH is going to get his cut too. I really need to, but I can't decide if I want to let it grow long enough to pull it back (it's almost there... I can do it, but the little underneath pieces fall out), or go shorter with it again. I'm leaning towards short, just because it looks better on me and it's so much faster to blow dry.

Mary: LUCKY! I won't get another u/s this pregnancy unless he sees reason to do so (haven't with my other two). Oh well...

Jen: your pics on FB are so cute!! Hope you were able to get your run in.

Virginia: I haven't been on Zofran but was on Phenergan this time and could barely function because it made me so tired. I've heard Zofran is better of the two for exhaustion so I'd think switching would just make the situation worse, but again I haven't been on Zofran.

Katie: GL with either the job or managing baby fever!

Dane is insisting he stand on my lap while I do this so I'm having to look around him...thanks friend, not annoying at all He has his "18 month" appt tomorrow (he's 19 months now but oh well). Tried to leave him with DH while I ran a few errands yesterday afternoon and he started screaming for me and I ended up taking him. Such a fun age... lol
ETA: just noticed I have 99 days to go! Woohoo!

Virginia - hope you're holding up!

    Amanda - HI!

AFM - THEY WANT ME TO COME FOR AN INTERVIEW ON SITE! Of course that requires traveling XC. I'm going to Cali for work next week so I can't go for 2 weeks minimum. UGH. Lots of travel I suppose. I'm excited and nervous all rolled together! I had to also give salary expectations....I shot a little high but didn't go nuts

    Katie: wow good luck!! Exciting!

Virginia: hopefully it'll ease up on you before long. My exhaustion is always the worse up through week 9 or so then slowly starts getting better.

Dane's appt went well, he was 11% for weight (23 lbs) and 61% for height (33" I think?) but wasn't stretching out for us very well so that could be a little off. He had to get one immunization and cried hard for about 20 seconds then got down and started playing again. Our next pedi appointment will be with the baby CRAZY! I ate like a cow yesterday because I was starving and then weighed myself this morning (bad idea..) and am officially up about 23 pounds. Wish it was half that, but what do you do? I'm a hungry preggo! Hopefully the 1.5 pound a week weight gain will slow down in the coming weeks so I don't break the 40 pound mark. With Dane I gained 38 so I'd hate to gain MORE.

Ashley - aww next stop new born visit, so awesome! I can't believe how fast all you preggos are going! Crazy!

ACK I've lost my mind. Since this 3rd round is the final round and there appears to be some real shot I'll get a job offer out of this I called some local real estate agents. Our market is luke warm we might break even might have some loss, blah. I would REALLY prefer renting if we moved but with 8 dogs...ya...so because I am unable to control myself I e-mailed some property management companies that manage single family homes and explained our situation -- outstanding credit and a willingness to pay 500-800 extra a month as a flat fee I mean that might appeal to someone right?! And all of this could be for NOTHING as I may still get a big giant no thanks but hey why not research it now, right? Since I'm not getting preg I might as well research
