Virginia - I'm glad everyone is healthy again!

Amanda - have fun at the baby shower.

Katie - in so sorry about the issues with your house! I hope it all goes smoothly. I can't believe you're in the 2ww!

AFM - man it's been an eternity since I've posted here! Things are crazy here and there's a lot of cabin fever going around... It's finally warm (heh like 15-20) so we're finally getting out again. Everyone got sick a week or so ago, so that was fun. I'm ready to go to the Bahamas or something!

Tomorrow I can test I debated it today but decided not to. With all the house stress I've been perpetually sick to my stomach but I think it's more mass anxiety. It's been one of the most anxiety producing weeks I've experienced in a long time. And NOTHING seems to go easily, they keep finding more issues, then DH's flight is cancelled....it's just a cluster constantly. I feel like we're trapped in a bad movie. Sigh. DH did get on a later but not too late flight so that is good. Now just hoping it leaves on time.

I keep telling myself the GOOD things we have going. Dh had two great interviews for two jobs he's very interested in. I had a great three month review at work people there are very happy with me. Evan is starting a gymnastics class tomorrow. There is a lot of good. I'm just stressed and the house feels like such a big unknown....and now once it's all back in shape I'll be terrified something will happen again until we sell it. It's awful. One day at a time and focusing on the fact it is only money....blah!

Hang in there, Katie. And good luck with the test tomorrow!

My sister has her HSG next week. Fingers crossed her remaining tube (lost one to ectopic) is either open or gets forced open by the dye. She's been trying for over two years and deserves to finally get a break. She'll be such an awesome mom and it's so unfair that she has to struggle like this.

Katie - Can't wait to hear the results of the test. Glad you can find some positive things to focus on with all problems that crop up, I am sure they will resolve.

Virginia - Fingers crossed for your sister.

It makes me sad that people like her can't have a kid, yet my SIL has 3 that she just basically abandoned and there are others like her. My aunt is pregnant with her 3rd and is already complaining about being overwhelmed with 2, complains about the kids being a handful ALL THE TIME! Just makes me so MAD! Ok enough with the rant.

Quiet day in the office, and DH and Dana are off to a hockey tournament, so I won't see them until Sunday. I hope to get some house work done this weekend since the only plans are to go to my BFFs baby shower, and Natalie's hockey.

Virginia - Thinking about your sister! I hope she gets some answers or help.

Amanda - have fun at the shower, I hope Dana has a good tournament.

DH missed being there for the insurance adjuster but the gal handling all the interior work was there. It's a total mess but so far he hasn't told us to go pound sand. Not knowing if insurance will come through is making me a basket case. I mean we can find the resources and for that I should be thankful but it would be tapping in to things like 401ks that you really don't want to do unless you have no choice. I keep telling myself we will do what we have to do but I really want to know. We do have confirmation it was the furnace failing which is actually better - we had propane, we were on auto propane delivery, we have electricity we just had a bum furnace. Hopefully after all the house stuff DH can go to his parent's house and have a nice weekend with them, his dad has been sick and it will be good to see him. Then we just wait on insurance, scary....

I couldn't reply this weekend bc I hadn't told DH but totally BFP . Now I think that maintains our nearly flawless record of getting pregnant when not using protection near o haha. Of course I have had three early mcs so we will wait to tell anyone so this is not for Facebook etc. But it looks like of all goes well we will have a September baby!!

    Katie - Congrats and HH9M.

    *AFM*

The shower was good, my friend won't be going long they'll likely induce in the next few weeks, meaning she won't make her February EDD, I told her it would be neat if baby could share a birthday with Natalie. I doubt that will happen though since Natalie's birthday is on a weekend this year. I won the guess the belly size game, got a nice moisturizing hand sanitizer as a prize. Natalie was at the shower and behaved extremely well most of the time, had a meltdown when we had to leave.

Natalie had hockey yesterday, I let her have a good nights rest so she was really happy on the ice had a wonderful time. If she learns to keep her feet closer together and and lift both she could really go fast, she'll be skating better than me in no time.

My cousin turned 19 yesterday and my parents held a small party for her, just dinner and cake/dessert. She was very happy and grateful for it she's never really had anything like it.

Natalie didn't want to go to school today, said she finds school boring, I might have to give the principal a call about it, this is not the first time she mentioned being bored.

For me today doesn't have much going on, I'm just in the office.

Katie - CONGRATULATIONS!!! What wonderful news! I'm so sorry about all the house stuff. Hopefully it sells soon!

Amanda - how neat that Natlie is so good on the ice. I took Xander ice skating for the first time a few weeks ago and he really surprised me with how well he did! Not that he was like speed skating, but he STAYED UP most of the time! lol

Virginia - I hope your sister gets good news!

AFM - I got to drive Xander to school on black ice today, so that was fun... I drove like a total grandma, too. lol I need to move somewhere warm, because I've lived with this my entire life and I still hate driving in snow, ice, sleet, etc. I turn into crazy way overcautious lady, the one with the giant trail of cars behind her... lol But I saw a ton of cars go flying all over the place, so clearly I was in the right this time. haha I'm just sooooo sick of driving everyone around all the time! I feel like I spend half my day driving.

Katie - congrats and sticky vibes.

My sister's first test came back indicating she has low ovarian reserve. She has the HSG in a few days then they'll decide if they are going to keep trying or pursue adoption.
