Ashley - Glad to hear that Hudson is doing well and sleeping ok.

Virginia - Love the pic of the boys. You are now 24 weeks congrats on viability, hope the rest of the pregnancy is healthy.

Mary - It's just the beginning of strawberry season, you still have a chance to go out. We go every year, Dana has requested doing the blueberries and Natalie the raspberries so we will be out for those too.

Sorry you can't get any answers yet. Unfortunately many neurological problems are difficult to diagnose, so if it is neurological it might be a while before you know what it is.

Natalie's school had a end of year ceremony, the kids had lots of fun showing the songs they learned to the parents. They got progress reports, Natalie is doing really well in all the skills they have worked on.

Wednesday Dana had her graduation, one of the people from the photography forums inspired me to ask if she wanted to wear some Converse runners to grad and Dana was more than happy. After I saw the whole outfit together I thought it worked very well and definitely suited her. Dana did really well she got awards for being an honour student and for having school spirit, a person that portrays a enthusiastic personality and is willing to help out around the school.

She brought her report card home and it has everything above 70%.

Natalie is in ball hockey now, and is absolutely loving it.

I'll have to post a few pictures of all the stuff that's been going on, hopefully I can get through them over the next week.

Amanda - Glad the girls are doing well. Did you take any pics of Dana?

AFM - Just been getting ready for Sean's birthday party. I was hoping to make THESE CUPCAKES for Sean's birthday, but for some reason, they did NOT turn out at all. It was a DISASTER. I wanted to make them because (a) they're eggless, and (b) as long as I didn't use soybean oil for the oil, my friend's son with multiple food allergies could also eat them. I have another type I was going to make tomorrow, so I wanted to get these done tonight. I followed the recipe exactly, and rather than baking up, they just stayed liquid and boiled. This has happened before when I tried to make something eggless. Grrr. It's just odd that I followed the recipe exactly and this is how it turned out. The batter came out into the oven and was ALL OVER the bottom of the oven. And it was just so bubbly and weird. Very odd.

I hope tomorrow's cupcakes turn out better. They're not dairy and soy free, so my friend's little boy won't be able to eat them, ugh... But I did make two sorbets he can eat and he should be able to eat most of the other food.

Now we just really, really have to hope for no T-storms, but it's looking likely.. ugh. I really don't have room inside my house for 30-40 people. I was hoping to throw them all out in the yard, hahaha...

    A recent pic of Nolan:

One of Calvin and Nolan - It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get Calvin to sit still for a pic with Nolan, grrr..

    Recent pic of Sean:

And on that note, I just realized I haven't planned any sort of 4-year pictures for Sean. I'm slacking. Oops. Better get on that.

Mary - Heard about your failures with the cupcakes on facebook, so glad you figured out your problem. The pictures of the boys are so cute, thanks for sharing.

So MIL is pissing me off again, she surrendered the dog she adopted, thankfully it's only about 10 weeks old so should find a home quickly. She then apologized to me for not taking my advice on the dog. But I don't think the apology is true it's more that she wants something from DH and I, along with the apology she asked if we could help her move.

I am half tempted to respond with a "Isn't that convenient? When you want something from me you apologize. No I am not going to help you move."

Mary - I laughed at your adventures in baking on FB! The final product pics looked great I hope Sean has a wonderful 4th bday!

Amanda - ugh! How frustrating. My mother and I are kind of not speaking at the moment. Naturally I love my mother but we can be very oil and water and last weekend we had a bit of a tiff. I'm not really all that worked up over it but she doesn't really let things go so ball's in her court. She'll eventually get over it. On helping MIL move...ugh...I guess it depends on how much drama refusing would cause and would it be less stress in the long run to just do it?

I'm heading to a BABY shower soon. I warned DH that our vacation should fall right about prime time and I'm still in up to him mode. Actually I wouldn't mind waiting until Aug or Sept...just a lot of changes at work and I could use a couple more months to get my feet under me. On that note I have a recruiter from a company in Michigan calling me...I sent him my resume and he called me three straight days but I was flat out at work with no time to really talk. I told him Monday would work. I don't really think moving to Michigan is my dream but no harm in talking to him. Keep my options open and all that. We have also had a week of stomach bugs. UGH. Wed at work it hit me and I soldiered through the day (puking at work...not cool) went to bed about 8:30 and HAD to go to work Thursday b/c we had a huge senior management update meeting so I got through that too and by Friday felt better just in time for DH to get it. Then yesterday morning Rory threw up twice. He seems to have suffered the least two episodes back to back and then he went right on eating and drinking. DH and I felt like death when we had it and he wanted to go out and play, go figure. So far E has avoided it. We'll see if he is lucky enough to miss it. I'm in cleaning mode this morning bathrooms and bedrooms to purge the pukes from everything. Hope everyone has a had a nice weekend

    Just a quick one here.

Found out my BFF is pregnant, she's due January/February, has never had regular periods so it's difficult to tell until she gets an U/S. I think it would be so cool if she had a little one on Nat's 5th birthday.

Dana graduated from Grade 8 last week, she's off to high school in the fall. Here is a picture of her, anyone on Facebook can see more.

Natalie also graduated from Pre-School and will be going into J/K next year, I'll try to get to those pictures next week.

Katie: hope you enjoyed the baby shower and so sorry to hear stomach bugs are going through your house...I really hope you can avoid it! Nothing I hate worse than stomach flu.

Amanda: she looks so old and mature! Crazy. Congrats to both your girls!

Mary: love, love those pictures (as usual)!! And I also LOL'ed to your powdered sugar instead of flour incident. Some days I just wonder how we can possibly make it through a whole day and everyone survives when stuff like that happens Sounds like Sean had a great b-day!

We drove 3 hours to a race for DH on Friday then back home on Saturday. Luckily, my mom kept the older 2 kids so it wasn't too bad. Forgot what a pain it is to stop to feed a baby (lol) but it makes all the difference when they have a full tummy! Anyway, we are in this horrid heat wave and with our little guy trying to stay cool and indoors mostly. Today is supposed to hit 102, normal for us this time of year is probably high 80's or low 90's. Four hours south where my dad lives it'll be 114 today so I'm glad I'm where I'm at!

Amanda - Can't believe how grown up Dana looks! Can't believe she'll be in high school now, wow!!

Katie - Boooo for all the sickness. Being sick at work is the worst!!! Hope you all are better soon.

Ashley - Congrats on driving such a long drive with the three LO's, omg... I'd lose my mind, hahaha.

AFM - Just got a call from the hospital. They scheduled me for a VER test on Wednesday morning. It's commonly used when MS is suspected, but can be abnormal with other neuro conditions as well. They also scheduled me for an EMG, but it's not until 8/19. This all desperately sucks.

Amanda - wow, she's so grown up!

Katie - GL with deciding when to TTC. Sorry you've all been sick.

Mary - Nolan is getting so chubby! I love your photos. They're always so good.

AFM: just a quick post. DH is on vacation this week so I haven't been on my computer in 4 days and probably won't be on again for close to a week. But... I'm thrilled to be 24 weeks. I'm hoping things go smoothly for at least the next 10 weeks, as well.
And... Alex learned to ride a bike today! He's done with training wheels. I'm so proud of him. I'll share a pic sometime when I get a chance.

Mary - I'm sorry there are still so many unknowns... I hope you're able to get some answers soon!

Katie - bummer about getting sick at work, ugh no fun.

Amanda - Dana looks so cute in her dress with the Converse shoes! I had those same shoes when I was in high school (heck I had them in about 10 colors, lol).

Ash - Sorry about the heat! That's how our entire summer was last year and it was soooooooooo rough! I hope you guys get past it soon.

AFM - Just got back from a weekend at the campground. It went okay, but rained for an entire day (of two days). So yeah, that sucked. Otherwise we had a good time. Now I'm trying to get the house in order after we dumped all our stuff on the living room floor last night. lol. It's amazing how much you need for two stupid days away from the house when you have kids!
