NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGG WAHHHHHHH I had a few really good contracctions last night that kind of got my hopes up! They radiated around my back and I was thinking maybe we'd get the show on the road. But after maybe 1-2 hours of them coming and going randomly they just went. And I went to bed. Sigh. Nothing exciting at all today. I think we may have to force him out Friday. I'm mentally preparing myself to accept that. On the bright side I'm thinned, dilated etc and it shouldn't be too hard to induce. But I'm not happy about it......but what can you do? He needs to come out!

GL, Katie. I really hope he decides he's ready soon. I don't know what it's like to go over, but I do know what it's like to go later with baby #2 and that was frustrating enough!

AFM: Alex almost got hit by a car today. I'm pretty shaken thinking about it, so I'll skip details. Let's just say the ILs aren't great about holding the boys' hands when we go for walks, no matter how many times I asked them to. Hopefully they'll be better about it now.

OMG, Virginia, I've be ready to kill! I'm so glad he's okay, and like you said, hopefully they'll be better about it from now on. Grrrrr. It reminds me of the time MIL took Calvin out of his carseat while we were driving down the road. I am still ready to snap over that one.

Katie - Any news?? Or no news is good news?

AFM - I'm off to get my hair cut. I'd like to get something done with the color too, but the place I've been going is kinda expensive and I'd rather spend any extra money right now on Christmas presents for the boys, pictures, etc. My hair can wait until another time, haha. But it does NEED cut.

We got our tree up last night and will decorate it today. I think DH is going to put up lights outside today too.

Oh I'm still here and still pregnant. LOL I've just resigned myself to an induction tomorrow. I have started to lose some plug so I am hoping I'll be even farther along when the induction starts. Hopefully it's a fast process. As long as he arrives healthy and happy I'll be ok!

Virginia - how scary! I hope your in laws have realized how important hand holding is! Jeez!

Mary - I got my hair cut Monday! She went a little layer happy but overall I like it

I should take a 41 week picture today.....I was thinking about cleaning up the house too. Might as well be productive if I'm still preg. If I KNOW the baby will arrive tomorrow I should suck it up and get the house clean today so I can come home to a clean house, right?

Katie - Sounds like your body is trying, hope he decides to come today on his own. It would be nice to come home to a clean home after baby is born, hope you get some cleaning done. Also get that pic so we can admire that belly of yours.

Virginia - Thankfully my family is paranoid about watching the girls and insuring their safety, I wouldn't even let my MIL watch my kids at this point she's just too irresponsible. I saw a little boy dart out the doors at the mall and then towards the parking lot a couple of weeks ago, with dad right behind him, thankfully a kind stranger caught the kid and handed him over to dad. It was pretty scary and it wasn't even my own kid, I couldn't imagiane.

Mary - Read on FB about the hair, boo that you don't like it, hope it grows in nicely. YAY for getting Christmas stuff done!

    *AFM*

How does anyone keep a clean house with a toddler/preschooler? My dishes are stacked up, laundry needs to be done and there are toys invading, I also have to get bills paid and Christmas shopping done.

I spent most of the morning cleaning. OK all the picking up I did in the living room Evan undid in about 10 seconds - I won't bother picking up his toys again until tonight when he goes to bed. But I did get them picked up and the rug vacuumed so at least tonight when I pick them up there won't be anything more that needs to be done. I may not be in labor but I will have a clean house! I have a candle going, might do some extra dusting......but right now is Evan's nap and I think I'll relax and read for a bit I am losing plug....but still no consistent contractions

People with toddlers can have a clean house? We sure don't. That description sounds pretty accurate for us.

Katie - yay for losing plug! I hope you show up for your induction already in labor. Can't wait for the 41w belly pic.

Mary - yay for decorations. We haven't done any yet.

AFM: I was suddenly hit with "I want a baby girl" fever a few days ago. I thought I had come to terms with just boys. Apparently not. Hopefully I'll get over it again soon.
