Congrats, Ash! It will be busy, but lots of fun.
AFM: baby fever is going nuts. Alex is taking a class and has become friends with two little boys. One of the moms is pregnant with a little girl, the other has a newborn girl. It's tough. My cervix has started changing a little, but still no real CM. Just spotting off and on.
Ash - CONGRATS!!! We've got another one!
Virginia - It won't be much longer now! I know it doesn't feel that way, but I'll bet you're super fertile before you know it.
Mary - sorry you're so tired and don't want to go to work. I love that you're so impatient to get your u/s... I'm 26, almost 27, weeks and won't even get my first u/s for another 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha
Katie - glad everything is sorted out at work. Yay for Rory sleeping good! I do love that that is all it takes to spike your baby fever. heh.
Amanda - I have three bathrooms, too... Not fun. Though convenient. heh
AFM - my mom is here visiting for a few days, then my sil/bil are coming to visit for the weekend right after. Busy busy busy! But it's nice and Xander's loving the company.
Baby is definitely taking up more space these days, I can hardly eat that much at one time! I just came back from lunch at a Mexican restaurant and only ate half my food - and half my plate was lettuce!! haha. Even my mom was like "WTH!?" because I usually destroy my plate. haha.
And in FINALLY news... I FINALLY got to schedule my u/s and gender scan!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my doctors appt on Wed. and got to do the GD test (yay) and we all got flu shots. Baby is doing well and the heartrate was 150, which is what it always is. I'm surprised it wasn't higher after that stupid sugar drink, though. I certainly felt like I was going to fly away! So my u/s is scheduled for Oct. 11! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I will be almost 29 weeks. That is just so dang late! I haven't thought much about it this entire pregnancy, but now that it's scheduled I am feeling very impatient. I want it NOW!
Ashley - Laptop screen I'm using isn't the greatest so I could barely see the line, but it's there, congrats. Your plan for the race day sounds good to me.
Ashley - Congrats!!! When do you think your EDD is?
Amanda - Agility sounds fun. I always thought Peanut would be good at some of that stuff... Is there a doggy high-jump?? My dog can jump straight up in the air SO freaking high, hahaha.
Katie - Give in to the baby fever. Come to the dark side. You know you want to! LOL.
Lauren - I don't know HOW you've been so patient in waiting for your u/s. I am dying already because it's taking forever to get mine, hahaha. WOW. Can't wait to find out if you've got pink or blue! And hopefully they're right this time, hahaha.
AFM - Finished with work for the week, so that means only one more week left at my store. I'll miss my coworkers, but to be honest, my store is like the 2nd worst ghetto store in the city, so I won't miss the location (even though I will have a longer commute until we move, hahaha).
That is one good thing about this whole ordeal. There won't be much waiting for an u/s when I do get pregnant again. No more useless hyperemesis. I hope.
DH has to work late tonight. Thank goodness for OPKs. I like going to bed early instead of waiting up.
I'm not sure why, but lately I've been thinking I might actually want to have more than 4 kids. When I was pregnant this summer I felt completely fine with that being our last baby. But now... I'm not so sure. A few times DH has mentioned maybe having a 5th someday. And it made me more excited than scared. I wonder if we'll still feel that way after #4 or if just because we're impatient to have that 4th.
Raymond and Alex have both been asking for a new baby recently. Today Raymond told me that if "our next baby is a boy I'm going to name him Zachary. If it's a girl I'm going to name him Eva. Eva is a girl's name." (and yes, he said him... we don't hear "her" a lot at our house)
Hahaha, that's funny, Virginia... Everyone is called "him" or "he" in this house, also. ;)
AFM - Still just feeling like death all the time. I napped after work, but woke up feeling like vomiting. I'm not sure how I'll survive several more weeks of it.
Mary: hang in there! Have you tried B6? I'm pretty convinced it saved me last pregnancy (only had horrible m/s a few times, mostly tolerable) EDD will be about June 10th.
Virginia: LOL my DD calls everyone "him" too. She has a stuffed dog who she claims is a girl but calls it "he" still. I think that's a hard concept. You are a brave girl thinking about 5! I'm scared to death about my future with 3!
Lauren: woohoo for finally getting a gender scan set up! :yahoo: Looking forward to hearing what you're having.
The IC I did this afternoon is darker so that's a relief. I guess I'm just not convinced yet, KWIM? I don't know why! LOL. On a side note, DH will be home soon...it'll be funny to see his reaction. I guarantee he'll be slightly bummed it didn't take longer (you know, more TTC, more trying )
Lauren - Yay for FINALLY getting an u/s! WHOOHOO gender scan!
Mary - So sorry you feel so crappy! My body was pretty beat up after Rory I'm not sure it can handle a 3rd go around!
Virginia - I can totally imagine you going for 5 :) You'd be a great mom to that many no doubt!
Ashley - YAY for a darker line!
You all are going to suck me in to baby fever LOL BUT I have sworn up down left and right that I will *NOT* be pregnant or nursing for my sister's wedding in Sept. I think I can hold out. Rory is just starting to sleep with any glimmer of normalcy and still spends most the night in our bed so I've got some work to do on that little bugger. If I really wanted to arrange it so baby #3 arrived as Evan went to Kindergarten I'd actually have to wait 2 years.....hm...ya...not sure that will happen....you all are bad influences on my weak constitution ;)
good luck holding out, Katie. I wouldn't be surprised if you end up pregnant again before I do. ;)
AFM: gross TMI I've been spotting off and on since AF and this morning I lost a chunk of tissue. Ewww. It was clearly not a clot, definitely tissue. That shouldn't be happening if my HCG was 18 10 days ago and I already had AF. The MW is stumped, too. I think I'm getting fertile, but I'm not sure because i have no CM to go by. Darn spotting.
