Virginia: ick. At least if there was "something" left, your body kicked it out so that's a good sign right? Crossing my fingers for you! BTW, you were spot on with saying the cycle I assumed I didn't get pg would be it. lol

Katie: I totally know what you mean! I really didn't have any baby fever up until I took my kids into the pedi for their checkups and saw a brand new baby. I was like AHHH why'd you do that to me?! How many kids do you want?

DH had pretty much the exact reaction I expected LOL. Then he had about 3 minutes of "wow can we handle this?" then got really excited. He was just as shocked as me that it happened so fast this time. Anyway, it's nice having him in the loop now. Now I am enjoying my coffee while it lasts (assuming I'll have an aversion to it soon like the last 2 times).

Anyway, DD has a blanket that she just looooooves and carries everywhere so despite washing it a TON, it is just turning into a nasty rag. I HATE it. But of course, they don't make this blanket anymore so I finally found all the fabric to remake it myself. I'm about halfway done (I have to do it when she's sleeping or at school) and I cannot wait to throw the other one in the garbage! DS has become attached to his Aden + Anais muslim swaddle blankets but he doesn't care which one so that makes it easy to rotate and replace. Do your kids have attachment items?

Ashley - Sean is JUST NOW getting attached to certain things. His big one is his teddy bear that we got him at build-a-bear when he was in utero, haha. Calvin doesn't really have any, unless you count his sippy cup. He has to sleep with his arm curled around it at night. I keep wanting to take it away at night, but I'm sure that's going to be a fight, so I just started putting water in it instead of milk. As for the vitamin B6, yeah, I've been taking it all along. I was taking it in attempt to lengthen LP, and then just kept taking it.

Virginia - I really hope that piece of tissue was the last of it for you. Sorry it's dragging on forever like this. That has to be incredibly frustrating.

Katie - Good luck on the not being pregnant in September, lol... That a loooong way off, lots can happen between now and then, haha.

AFM - The IL's are visiting sometime later today. My family will be visiting tomorrow... We're supposed to go with some of my extended family to a baseball game where my cousin (he's maybe like 15?) is pitching. It's basically going to be a big, fun weekend of me trying to hide how incredibly ill I feel. I want to see everyone, but at the same time, I just want to lay at home in my PJ's, sip ginger tea, and wallow in my own self-pity, LOL. OMG, I am so depressing. Is it 2nd trimester yet?

ETA: This week, I passed the point where I had my m/c at 7w1d (based on ovulation). Tomorrow, 7w4d is what day the m/c was on if I had gone by LMP. I'll be glad to get past both of those days... Not that it really *means* anything, but it's just nice to get past it.

Ashley - I think you were responsible for my crazy dream last night. I was riding in a bicycle race like right now at 7wk with massive m/s, it was a 2-person bicycle race, mostly uphill, for 25 miles, HAHAH... The two-person bike thing was interesting, hahaha. I think my SIL was my partner, hahahah. We actually did pretty well and finished somewhere in the top 10, hahah. Crazy dreams...

Virginia - Sorry about the tissue Hopefully you can get it all figured out. I definitely won't be preggo before you are but once you are I'll probably be on the brink with all you ladies with bellies!

Ashley - Evan has "sleeping blankie" and "school blankie" and he also sleeps with little Mickey, Nemo, Clifford and usually some other object he's carted upstairs -- a book, some blocks, little people animals. But sleeping blankie generally doesn't come downstairs and never leaves the house. Somehow we've convinced him it's just for his bed Rory has nothing....yet!

Mary - yay for getting past the m/c it is a big deal in my mind! Can't wait for you to see your sticky bean!

It's a very golf weekend for us LOL DH LOVES the Ryder Cup. It's also rainy and grey so not a lot of excitement around here....

Katie - I've been in the mood for rainy/cloudy weather lately, so I'm kinda jealous.. It has been pretty sunny here today, just now getting a bit of a cloud cover. I think I just feel like sitting around and doing nothing all the time, and I feel less worthless about it if the weather is crappy.

AFM - Just sitting around waiting to see if the IL's show up today. They were supposed to visit today after having a new bull delivered to their farm, but it's like 3:45 and we haven't heard from them since maybe like 1 when the cow still hadn't arrived. I'm secretly hoping they don't come because it's easier to deal with the deathly ill feeling if I'm in my PJ's on the couch not having to entertain anyone. My parents might not come tomorrow either... My dad is having too much pain. His first surgery consult is Monday with a surgeon who does surgeries on Wednesdays. We're really hoping they get him in this week because it's so bad. He did get him in earlier for the consult after seeing his MRI disc, so hopefully that's a good sign.

ETA: I'm off the hook for today. It sounds like my parents are still coming tomorrow, though, so hopefully I'll be having a good mild-nausea day. Doubtful, but a girl can dream.

Mary - glad you got to rest today!

The baby-fever gods are trying to KILL me! A friend from HS posted those amazing first moments with baby on your chest pics -- she had her little girl yesterday. The pics are killing me it's a good thing AF is visiting and I'm not fertile LOL and a good thing DH is not at all ready -- he says Rory has to be sleeping in his own bed first LOL

I take the opposite approach with my baby-making... Just pop em all out now while I'm still sleep-deprived, before I get a taste of good rest and don't want to go back to the newborn phase, hahah. With the way I'm feeling right now, the stress of past m/c, etc., I'm really feeling like I'll be okay with being done after this one. I'm sure I'll still have moments of baby fever when others announce new babies, but I doubt that'll ever really go away for me, haha. I think I'll be at peace with being done, though.

I'm not sure I'll ever not want to go back to the newborn phase. I love it.
No spotting today. I had been having frequent AF-is-coming feelings and they're gone now. And my ovaries hurt like the blazes but my OPK hasn't even started to fade-in. I was thinking I might join the "conceived Oct 2nd due June 25th" group but I guess I'll be a few days later, if I get pregnant. If not, I might be due around our anniversary in July.

Hah, that would be neat. I was just thinking about how Sean's conception date was coming up.

I woke up feeling a little better this morning, but of course you HAVE to eat... I just ate, and I can already feel it all going downhill. I hate the endless cycle of get hungry, get nauseated, eat, feel better, get nauseated again... and repeat. Apparently we're still on for my cousin's baseball game today, my WHOLE family is going (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc)... I get to try to hide the fact that I feel like death. Should be good times.

Virginia - I'm 50/50 on the newborn phase. Evan was a wonderful snuggle baby who slept on our chests, slept in his vibrating chair, really didn't fuss or cry much. Rory was a monster. He rarely snuggled, all forms of sleep were an absolute battle, he fussed and cried. I wouldn't say he had colic he was just NEVER relaxed and settled. Around 6 months he started improving but really didn't become happy until the last month or so. Mobility was key for him. He just absolutely HATED being a baby. I think I could do 100 Evan babies but Rory was difficult. I still prefer interactive to newborn though I think.

Mary - GL holding it together! I'm not sure how I'd handle pregnancy if I felt that sick. Both times I've pretty much felt fine....I'm spoiled

Another lazy day here....I should do SOME cleaning...
