Virginia - I hope you get good results and O soon!
Mary - Yay for some waves of nauseaGL with the transfer I hope it works out quickly!
Lauren - so cute on the swim classes! We tried mommy and me swimming once and it was an epic fail but Evan loved my mom's pool this year
AFM - I need a new (awesome) job to fall in my lap. So far it's not working LOL Next week I'm away for 3 days then I have to work again Friday BAH! I'm not a fan of thatIt's not improving my mood towards my job!
Katie
Evan 12/10/09 9lbs 5 and 1/4 oz 21.5"
Rory 12/2/11 10lbs 12oz and 23"
Virginia - Good luck today, I hope you're under 100.
Katie - Booo for work. Seems like it went better after you went back after Evan. I hope a new awesome job falls into your lap! I was going to say, "And mine also" haha, but I guess I need to keep mine a little longer for the FMLA/maternity benefits I've built up. Actually, after October of next year, it's a free-for-all as far as I'm concerned. That's basically when the last string they hold over me is gone and I get to keep all my stock benefits, even if I quit. And if all goes well with this pregnancy, #3 will be here by then and we'll be done baby-making.
Mary - I totally want to do one of those shirts! They're hilarious! But I'm also cheap and don't want to spend all the money on the decal AND have to buy a black t-shirt... So yeah, probably won't happen. haha.
Virginia - I hope your beta goes well and your numbers are down. And about the Parent/Tot Swim class, most YMCA's offer childcare for like $2/hr, so you can drop your other kid(s) off there.
Katie - sorry your job is still sucking lately. I hope things magically change and they get better.
AFM - having a totally nauseous day. Well, on-and-off. I'm fine right now, but I've had several episodes today where I had to lie down on the couch for an hour or I was going to puke nonstop. So we alternated between playing with playdoh, watching tv, going for a walk, watching tv... haha. I'd rather he watch some Mickey and me not puke. Boo, this isn't supposed to happen anymore at this point!
sorry you're feeling so gross, Lauren. I hope it passes.
Mary - GL with the transfer!
AFM: 117. Not bad, I guess, considering they were over 100,000 three weeks ago. But, I'm tired of waiting! I guess my MW will call at some point and tell me what the plan is from here.
DS1: 12.8.07: 7lbs 8oz, 20.5"
DS2: 8.12.09: 7lbs 9oz, 21"
DS3: 4.26.11: 6lbs 14oz, 19.5"
8.16.12 & 12.16.12
#4 due 10.18.13
Lauren - sorry for the grossness! I vote Mickey over puking too, totally!
Mary - Hmm no number 4? hehe Ya my workplace has been really miserable lately. I'm just at a weird career point to look for a change though. The industry I'm in is pretty specific, to go to another retailer I'd likely need to move which isn't high on my priority list to change industries I'd probably have to take a step back (and go full time) and who want to take a pay cut? But I'm keeping my eyes open for opportunities that seem to fit my skill set and I'll enjoy my 3 day work weeks while I do that
Tomorrow is Rory's 9 month appointment! WILD! I can't believe how big he's getting. Today DH went to put him down and rather than just bending at the knees and sitting he stood there in the middle of the room not holding on to anything for like 5 seconds. I think he may walk before Evan did (~10 months). Now if we could just get him to STTN!
Man I'm trying to cut down to one pumping session a work day but it's miserably uncomfortable. I have SO much milk frozen (over 300oz) and Rory doesn't dig the bottle at all so he takes like 5oz while I work. I can easily pump 15 but have no need to continue to freeze it. But when I'm home with him the other 4 days a week he eats multiple times a day and he eats multiple times a night (and CHOWS when I get home from work). It's a bit annoying!

Ugggghhh... I don't think I have it in me. The first trimester makes me too big of a freak. I can't cope with being pregnant again. And 3 was the number we originally agreed to, so I don't think I've got it in me to try to push it. Although I do like the idea of an even number, and if DH ever changed his mind on his own, I doubt I'd be able to resist, hahhaah...
Good luck cutting down on the nursing, hahaha. A girl on my Feb board is having trouble cutting it down and she's pregnant and exhausted. Her DD knows the word "nurse" and will scream it until she gives in, hahahaha. Ohhh goodness.
Virginia - Glad to hear the # is getting pretty low.
Lauren - Sorry about the nausea... NO fun. Blaaah.
Just a quick post I've been reading but no time to do personals. Just thought I'd say a quick hi let everyone know I am still around before chasing a puppy and 3 & 1/2 year old (that 1/2 is important) around.

9 month stats for Rory...21lbs and 30" same length and 1 lb less than Evan at 9 months! My boys run neck and neck! I'll be curious if Rory slows down like Evan did around 12-18 mo. Evan dropped from 70-90 percentiles to 50s. It wasn't my favorite pedi he was on vaca. I don't love the one I saw today she's just eh. She told me to night wean him (ok you stay up all night b/c I'm not) and I just nodded and smiled. She did do the entire exam pretty much on my lap which was nice. Now we have the combo 1 yr & 3 yr apt scheduled! That blows my mind.
Mary - go for 4LOL
OK off to try and wrestle Evan down for a nap, ugh, the one time I miss the crib!

Mary - the "I don't have it in me" is exactly how I feel right now about having 3. For awhile I used to say I wanted 3, but it's been awhile. And ever since getting pregnant again my mind is definitely made up. There is just no way I can do this again. I enjoyed my pregnancy with Xander, but this one can't be over soon enough. It's not that I'm uncomfortable or that anything is wrong, I'm just over it. lol. I do love the kicks, though. That's definitely the one amazing part of pregnancy.
Katie - good luck with all the naps and night sleep! I hope I get another great sleeper, I love my sleep and really don't want to even imagine having a kid that won't sleep...
Virginia - glad the numbers are so low! Not much longer now...
Amanda - hi!
AFM - Feeling a lot better today. I was pretty much over the nausea by 1pm or so yesterday. Today has been a busy day, with swim and grocery shopping and what-not. I am treating myself to a nap this afternoon while Xander naps! haha. I always need it on Thursdays, they wear me out!
I bought some orange and green and chocolate sprinkles today. They had them on special and I couldn't resist - time to make Fall cookies! It's supposed to cool down in a few days, so that should give Xander and I a fun project. It's a little early, but I'm just so ready for Fall already!!!!!!!!!!!
Lauren - I am so ready for fall also! Too bad it's 85 degrees and humid here right now - ugh.
Katie - Ugh to being told to night wean! He's still a baby! I would be annoyed if the ped told me to do that at 9 months. Lily still nurses to sleep and on and off during the night (a lot more on lately since she is cutting molars) and her doctor hasn't said boo about it. I would love to eliminate the screams of "nurse booby" in the middle of the night - that is really not fun at 2am.
Amanda - hi!! :waves:
Mary - Let's see what you think about 4 once you hit 2nd tri! LOL! How is the transfer going?
Virginia - Glad your numbers are coming down.
We have had a busy week - We took Lily you the museum of natural history for her b-day on Monday - she LOVED the dinosaurs and has been asking to go back every day since then. We also went out for pizza (she chose her meals - her favorite diner for pancakes was her breakfast choice).
Yesterday she had her 2 yr appointment - she is 25 lbs, 10 oz and 35.9 inches - tall and skinny!! They did a lead test and it was totally normal and she was awesome during it - didn't even flinch for the finger prick (I did, good thing she was on DH's lap).
We talked to the doctor about her toe-walking, she's been doing it since she started walking and it is actually getting worse, I am concerned about short/tight achilles tendons. I know it can be something that is easy to treat early on, but as they get older it gets a lot harder to do things about because it can impact the way the bones grow. Anyway - we are going to get a physical therapy evaluation through EI and see what they say, then go from there. I am planning on asking the PT that does the eval about things we can do at home in the meantime. I really doubt she will qualify for services through EI and our insurance sucks so I want to find out if there is anything we can do.
