    Default AF? So soon?? (TMI)

I am totally confused over here. So today is exactly 6 weeks since I had Zara. I bled for 4.5 weeks after I had her. I had a csection so I had originally thought I wouldn't bleed for so long. Anyhow, today I started again. Do you think it's AF or just still from having Zara?

I imagine it is still PP bleeding. Not that our situations are the same, but I didn't bleed at all for a week, then it started up again for like two weeks. My loss was at about 16 weeks, and I had a D&E. I seriously doubt it is a period.

I guess the TMI part that I left out earlier is that it is brown and red sometimes. I know brown means old blood. Sorry to be gross! I am feeling crampy too.
I am so freaking depressed. How could this still be happening. I can't believe it's been 6 weeks since I lost my little baby. I don't think it could ever get better or easier.

I think it is AF. I don't know much about delivery by c section but I don't think you should still be bleeding from that. If it starts as brown and then turns bright read I would count it as AF.

    Good luck

It sounds like AF to me as well. I had my first PP AF at 4 weeks after my c/s. I bled for about 3 and its been regular ever since.

I'm not sure it every really does get easier.. but you will get better at coping with it. ((HUGS))

I'm not really sure, but I'm guessing AF. I'm sorry this is all so confusing.
    Hang in there!

    Hi
That sounds about right. I bled for about that long after Lily. I was fortunate to be able to have a VBAC with her but I think you tried a vaginal birth and then ended up with the Emergency C-S (if I remember correctly) that is what I had with my first pregnancy. AF came for me about 6 weeks after Lily as well I think.

    It sucks doesn't it!

I don't have anything to add. I do agree with the PP and think that it is af. I just want to say that I am sorry that you are having to deal with this on top of all of the emotions that are flooding you now.

I am sorry you have to deal with all this. hugs and fuzzies. It sounds like it is AF. If it bothers you alot and Dr. is real carrying, which i presume he/she is, then give him/her a call and talk about it.
