This is the first cycle I've managed to actually record something everyday. But I decided to keep track of everything. I'm making a note on days I have a lingering headache or I'm irritable or tired. Is that too much to worry about? I know that when these things affect me, they aren't always something to do with my cycle, but it seems like I should track it anyway. I've been feeling really down physically lately, it must be the time change. And I have trouble sleeping through the night, sometimes it's really restless sleep and there are many nights I don't sleep for 3 hours straight so my temps seem to be all over the place. I'm only on day 11 and I am taking it at the same time everyday, so I guess I should just wait and see how this one turns out. I want to wait for at least one more normal cycle before thinking of TTC again anyway. I don't know, I guess I'm just curious how other people are doing their charting. Every little detail or just some things?? Any advice would be great.
