Chat ?

I noticed their is a grief and loss chat room and I'd love to chat with someone but it is always empty. Does anyone ever go in that room?

I didn't know it was there, maybe we could set up a chat at a time that works for everyone?

I'm up very late most evenings (can't sleep). My son is in bed by 8:15 or so. Daytime is generally not good for me especially since I'm back at work in another week. I'm in EST (Toronto, Ontario). Let's see if we get a few people who let us know what time is best and we can all meet up.

Need to know your time zone though.

I am in EST and am usually up late, I work afternoons, so daytime really isn't good for me either, but on a Sat or Sun that would work (I work every other weekend). Let me know what works for everyone.

I'm at a disadvantage being from over the pond. Smile My time zone is GMT and i am (as long as i'm not at work) usually on and off here all day until i'm more mobile. Then i'll be on here more of an evening. 6pm-11pm ish.

Chat's a fine idea. Smile

I would love to chat, but like sarah(uropachild) I am in a weird time zone. I am in guam which is fourteen hours ahead of the east coast of the US. However, I tend to check whenever I am online to see if anyone is in there.

Hello

Why don't we try for Wednesday Sept. 27th at 9:00 EST. That is the same time zone that New York and Ontario are in. I guess if you are on the east coast of Canada or the US it would be an hour later so 10:00. Hopefully this will work for Sarah who is on afternoons.

Those of you across the pond in England I think it would be 2:00 in the morning. Perhaps we can set up a daytime meeting. I am only available in the daytime for another week and then I'm back to work.

As for our friend in Guam, this time will bring you to about 11:00am or perhaps 12:00pm.

I guess if you are logged on to the board and notice that someone else is also on and posting (because you are able to see the time of their post) you can always head to the chat room and have that window open in the background. I'm not sure if you are signalled when someone enters the chat room.

Take care

Oops Wednesday Sept 26th (the 27th is Thursday - although for our friends who are not in North America I guess it will be Thursday the 27th).

Wednesday Sept 26 at 9 pm EST.

I think you are 2 hours behind, so our 9 would be your 7, I think let me make sure

I don't know if I will be up at 7 am, but if I am then I will be there. 9pm is 7 am the next day in guam. it would be nice to communicate a little faster than just the messages. Don't get me wrong. I love our ladies and the messages. Sometimes, I just wish that I had someone to "talk" to.
