I just wanted to take a moment to remind you all about the signature guidelines for this board.
Because this is a loss board it is important that you make sure that you remove your signature from all posts here. If it happens to include a picture of your children (living or passed) or a pregnancy ticker etc. it can be a hurtful reminder to those who are not ready to see those things quite yet.
This board is a wonderful thing mostly because of the amazing support shared here and the fact that unfortunately we all know how each other feels in different ways. But, apart from that, it is a safe haven in our grief on a site that is completely geared towards families and children.
It's good that if we arent ready to see images of children and pregnancy reminders that we can come here and be assured that we wont be surprised by any of those.
I know that some of you may have signatures that dont display those kinds of reminders, but it is still important that signatures arent used. Posts stay around for a while and your circumstances may change. You may be blessed again and change your signature to reflect that blessing. This will update your signatures on every post you have made, including those here.
Please share any pictures of your angels in our "Pictures of our Angels" thread in the announcement at the top of the board. Here's a link: http://www.pregnancy.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=23973 We can then share in looking at those gorgeous angels when we are ready, in our own time.
For more information on board guidelines, links and other useful things, including how to make a 'fake' signature to use on this board (like the one i have used below) please see this link: http://www.pregnancy.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=613880 This is also an announcement at the top of the board titled VERY IMPORTANT INFO - MUST BE READ BEFORE POSTING.
To remove your signature from a post please take out the tick from the box that says "Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)" underneath where you type your message. On the quick reply facility at the bottom of each thread that box is there also.
