Default Iodine Deficiency linked to Pregnancy Loss

Luckily, we can easily get enough iodine in our diets!

Iodine deficiency is also the world's leading cause of preventable brain damage -- it affects the baby's developing brain.

Thanks for sharing! Omega's 3, 6, and 9 are good as well. Just make sure it does not have cod fish oil.

Just remember to check with your doctor before taking any OTC medication.

The World Health Organisation states that iodine deficiency is the most common form of preventable brain damage -- with over 80 million children affected worldwide.

So iodine deficiency is not only linked to pregnancy loss, but also to mental retardation.

    Please eat your fish!

    Hugs all around,
    Nicole
