we lost our first on April 28, 2009 at 14 weeks (baby's heart stopped around 9 weeks) edd November 5, 2009

I have never belonged or participated on a blog before, but I am blessed in reading others' experiences already. My daughter, Estella passed away at 12 hours old (full term early neonatal death) March 3, 2001. Doctors stated it was due to "severe mechonium inhaliation". Childrens hospital was amazing in asisting me in this horrible nightmare.
Since that time, baby #2 miscarried (ectopic at 8 1/2 weeks) Nov. 2008. I am currently PGMENT. I am a counselor dedicated to helping families who have experienced perinatal loss and if anyone knows anyone wishing to participate in academic counselor education reseach to provide ongoing support, understanding and healing for families please let me know. blessings to you all
