Standing for what you believe in, regardless of the odds against you and the pressure that tears at your resistance,
Keeping a smile on your face, when inside you feel like dying, for the sake of supporting others,
Stopping at nothing, and doing what in your heart you know is right,
Doing more than is expected to make another's life a little more bearable, without uttering a single complaint,
Helping a friend in need, no matter the time or effort, to the best of you ability,
Giving more than you have, and expecting nothing in return,
Holding your head high and being the best you know you can be, when life seems to fall apart at your feet, facing each difficulty with the confidence that time will bring you better tomorrows, and never giving up,
"It is the history of our kindnesses alone that makes this world tolerable. If it were not for that, for the effect of kind words, kind looks, kind letters...I should be inclined to think our life a practical jest in the worst possible spirit."
-Robert Louis Stevenson
"I hold to my ideals because in spite of everything, I still believe that people are really good at heart"
"Sometimes miracles arrive so tiny that we cannot feel the weight of them...and yet we are still changed, and we are blessed none the less."
-I have no idea, it was on a card someone sent to me
Most loving God, losing a child is devastating.
Bless all women who have had a miscarriage or lost a chiold. Comfort them in their loss. Give them hope for children to come. Bless them with an abundance of love that as their bodies heal, so too may their hearts. Give then the courage to face each new day in the confidence of your love; in the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
“Never let go of hope. One day you will see that it all has finally come together. What you have always wished for has finally come to be. You will look back and laugh at what has passed and you will ask yourself... 'How did I get through all of that?” Unknown
“When things are bad, we take comfort in the thought that they could always be worse. And when they are, we find hope in the thought that things are so bad they have to get better.” Unknown
