Missy, that's wonderful news! I'm glad he's so good with your kiddos!
My good thing for the week is that I think I Od. I feel really strange....really crampy, but they're not my normal cramps, so I'm trying to remain optimistic.
I have a follow-up appointment coming up with my doctor to check on my wonky periods. I actually had a normal period this month (although it was 12 days early). I am also going to see a new doctor on Monday to get a second opinion. I'm anxious to see what he has to say and feel like maybe, just maybe I'll get some answers.
I hope you all are having good weeks. I think of you all often.
I am starting IVF #4 and today was told everything looks good. Hopefully we will transfer 2 frozen embryos in October. I am excited but scared. I don't want to lose another baby but I have to keep the faith that God has a plan.
My cousin (technically second cousin twice removed, but that is waayy too long) has come from Korea to do a year of study at UCLA in International Law and is staying with me. I've never met her before, but so far she is proving to be really sweet and fun. And she does dishes. I took her to her orientation the other day and met some of the other exchange students, and a few of us are all going to the LA county fair this weekend. Fun! I love rides!
Robin- My fingers, toes, eyes and anything else I can cross are praying for you!!! Keep us posted!
Leah- Him???? You go girl!! I went to Alaska on a cruise with my parents years ago and I loved it. We went to Glacer bay and it was amazing!
moheesviolin- Cool! That sounds like a lot of fun! Gotta love company that does the dishes.
Good work ladies!! I am proud of you! It is so hard sometimes to look for a ray of sunshine, and I am glad you found a little bit of ray. Soon, the whole freaking sun will be shining! Keep your chins up!
My good news is that I am FINALLY feeling physically better since my miscarriage experience. DH and I are even playing in a tennis tournament tomorrow! I'm starting feeling a lot better emotionally too, since I'm actually able to get out and enjoy life again.
Oh-more excitement is that I went to the Toronto International Film Festival for the first time ever! We saw a Vietnamese movie (Dh is originally from Vietnam, though he moved here at age 2). It was a great experience. The director and lead actress were taking questions after the movie.
Good for you for getting out of an abusive relationship, Missy! Congrats on a successful first date with a new man!
I'm glad you have something to look forward to LG (and yes, 'him'?)
I'll be thinking of you, Robin.
Good idea to get a second opinion, Holly Anne. It's probably a good thing that your period is STARTING to get back to normal.
That's great that you and your cousin are getting along so well moheesviolin.
