BD'ing #2 no false alarm
General review over the last year. My DH and I been TTC since March 2006. Check up with the Doctor in August 2006 everything turned out to be fine. December 2006 I decided to use the method to compare two calender charts in finding the best way to TTC. I saw the dates when the best time to conceive after my last AF. That was from the 4- 9th. Then 5 to 6 days afterwards I started feeling symptoms as though I believe maybe pregnant.
During that time up until the 14th of January 2007, I thought maybe it was my moods and maybe my BD'ing I had was a false alarm.
January 14, 2007 when my DH came home from work I decided that we take my Home Pregnancy Test we bought the day before. The results did in fact came out to be a BFP. My DH and I decided just to have the doctor in the ER at the Hospital confirmed the Pregnancy. I'm Pregnant. My BD'ing was no false alarm.
Both my DH and I being very happy and excited we done our very best to call all our close family and friends. Even we visited my DH's family this weekend. We had a wonderful weekend.
Today I called for Pre-Registration at the clinic being PG w/ a new baby. The app. is Tuesday, February 6, 2007 @ 9:30 AM. I'm very much looking forward going through this process/ journal carrying my 2nd baby. :)
I'm slow to learn anything. Or feels that way. I'm sure to remember and know that EDD can be detected in calculating the 1st day of your last period. Well, tonight I fully came to an understanding of that.
My EDD is September 15, 2007. My symptoms I been feeling lately been sore breasts (like they're being pinched) :( Light nausea not to bad. My lips feel a lot more dry than usual. The living room I feel the warmth but my body all over feels cool. Well finding out and know that every pregnancy can be different. :)
Mothers are awesome in more ways than others. I was very much happy to have her help me bring over stuff for me. Choice of healthier foods I suggested. I have liked to eat healthier. I have been. Things I've suggested were vegetables/ fruits I like. Only things I really didn't much like was the thought my mother just do not know how considerate I am of my grandparents. I know they are not feeling too well and knows I shouldn't cause them any concern. This thought I need experience in babysitting to be a wonderful mother. I'm here thinking is good to have that but not really a necessity. I hear women who does child bearing will have the mother instincts already.
These were just kind of a downer hearing that from my mom. I know my mother isn't meaning any way to have me feel down. Even my DH's mom been saying the baby can hear everything in the womb. Yet she is cursing some times and can be a downer, too. Oh what the heck. LOL I am going to my very best to not worry. I'm going to be a very wonderful mother. I am a great mother to an Angel in heaven. I think of my Angél every single day, and I do believe he blessed my and my DH for our 2nd baby I'm carrying.
I also like to thank both for my DH and the Grief Counselor up at the hospital. The other day I got through the mail:
* Yoga Booty Ballet (my DH ordered for me and have yet tried it. I do hope to try it out Thursday. My DH and I may have plans tomorrow).
* Pregnancy Package:
--- What to Expect when You're Expecting (I do hear there are a good number of mothers not really like the book. I do agree has a lot of technicality literature in the the book, but skimming through it there are things in there I found very informative).
--- Pregnancy magazing October 2006. There must been articles in there that the Grief Counselor at the hospital liking me to read.
--- There are information for mothers who are pregnant 20 weeks and up to Delivery. Somewhat of not to be concern really. Because in this small package has things what to expect and kind of worry some. I'm doing my very best not to do any worrying. :)
Lately the last few nights Epi came home from work relaxing a bit. By the time he comes in the bedroom to join me laying down, he gets close to my tummy talking to the baby. I very much enjoy that and I know our little bean sure enjoys the sound coming from his daddy. I dream of having another boy. I'm not so sure if I mentioned here in my journal yet. But could mean the opposite and could be carrying a girl. Both my DH and I are blessed either carrying a boy or girl. :)
Preregistration appointment on the positive side I was right when the EDD due date for the baby is. I was so happy to hear that. September 15, 2007 I'll be expecting seeing my baby. Until the appointment I'll see about my U/S.
Downside is until financial staff at clinic get straightened my DH and I payment plan. Until I hear from them getting the mix up straightened I'll know exactly seeing the OB. Supposedly, the 1st appointment with OB is February 27th. I hope that is the date I still see the OB and nothing goes wrong and everything works out. I'll do my best not to worry or stress. :)
Today I heard from financial staff at clinic that they haven't heard from Insurance. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll hear from the financial staff at clinic that the Insurance is straightened. This is so I can start coming in next week in starting my Prenatal care. When I hear from the clinic I hope I can come in next Tuesday for the blood testing. I can get that out the way.
Yesterday, my DH and I finally picked up my car from my mom's house. We have a car to get around. Today at 5:30 or 6 PM I'll drive the car to get the Inspection and new sticker.
So far things somewhat are looking up. If I failed to mention here I even had a Job Interview for CVS Pharmacy. Hopefully even I heard by next Monday about starting work there. That would be neat and to start my Prenatal care. :)
Yesterday I felt so sick all day. Orange Juice or Pizza I wasn't able to keep down. I worried Epi a little from feeling sleepy all the time. But shouldn't cause him to worry. I think I get up and around when I can.
I worried my mom about not eating. I do know I need to eat. I've ate today a big meal and able to keep it down. Only thing is that my bowel been feeling constipated and/or easy.
Tonight, early this morning Epi comes in about 1:30 AM, he is liking to take me and his brother for IHOP. I am really up to going. I do even hope of keeping the food down that I eat. I've also liking to treat myself to one cup of coffee. That won't hurt I know. Just one cup for taste. :)
Tuesday, February 20th I called for a new hospital to go to. The way it sounds I'm going to stick with my 2nd choice hospital. Being that I call this hospital to see a doctor and find my appointment be the next day.
Wednesday, February 21 at 10 AM my appointment with the doctor. Front desk had me sign in and fill a little paper work out. Then not too much longer after that the nurse calls me back to see the doctor. My 1st visit with my OB she had me do a urine test, take my blood pressure (looking good), checked my weight (182 lbs) and do an internal ultrasound. Being in the early pregnancy these are done so to see the heart beat and baby better. Mine and Epi's baby heart is looking very healthy. Also the movement of our baby is looking wonderful and great as well.
Next appointment is March 21 @ 2:30 PM. The doctor will have me fill out a little bit more paperwork and have blood work done. I'm sure will not be too bad. :)
Coming close to my 2nd appointment. That is going to be Wednesday, March 21st. Little bit more paperwork and getting my blood tested is all I'm going to look forward to. Of course every visit I will be giving a urine sample. Checking my blood pressure and height. Hopefully being in my 13 week would neat to hear my baby's heartbeat on the doppler.
I'm getting to feel a lot better. Rarely any morning sickness. Well on occasion I still have that.
Today, I got to hear from the Insurance company of the Health Benefits I'll receive. Those will come in the mail. I answered a pregnancy assessment over the phone and because my 1st son I lost ... I'll even have an RN to be checking on me over the phone how this pregnancy is going. They are liking to see I do go for 36 months to full- term this pregnancy. Of course this is what I am wanting for myself. A healthy and happy full- term pregnancy and seeing my baby delivered healthy as well. :)
Yesterday, Wednesday, March 21 appointment-- Not too exciting about paperwork, have a Pap done or getting blood testing done; But, baby's heart rate at 160 and hearing that is very beautiful puts a smile on my face.
Just next week will be the first week of my 2nd Trimester. I'm very happy for that, too.
3rd appointment is going to be Wednesday, April 18. Morning appointment, too. I'll get to hear results and more than likely my doctor will get us hearing the baby's heart rate on Doppler.
By 4th appointment, my doctor mentioned that is when my baby's next ultrasound is. :)
