Great from hearing my 3-HR test I failed, I'll be waiting to hear from the Diabetes clinic. I've fasted like I was supposed to, but doctor's nurse who talked to me asked me if I have kept up with drinking the water I need. I've mentioned to her that I didn't and knew that was reason why my sugar shown high. I'll make sure to tell the Diabetes clinic this I fasted but didn't drink the water night before or day of for my 3-HR glucose test. Hopefully either I get to re-test or control my diet and not have to worry of taking Insulin shots.
Seeing a Diabetes educator this past Tuesday gone well. She is starting me on adjusting my diet. Having me monitor for any ketone in urine and monitoring blood sugar. So far my diet has been helpful. I'm keeping my blood sugar in control!
Wednesday's app. with my OB at 29w1d gone well, too. My OB is definitely like my baby's EDD to stay put where it originally was for September 25, 2007. Which is fine. I gained only 1lb. Baby's heartbeat is sounding very beautiful. Only things my OB likes to keep eye on is my blood sugar remains in control. Also keep an eye out on my BP. Top number was a little high at 130/80. Still enough my OB likes to still watch out for me. I like my doctor. She is very good.
Tuesday, July 24th is my next appointment to the Diabetes center. Wednesday, July 25th is my next appointment with my OB at 31w1d. DH and I will be expecting our baby Louisa exactly 2 months from this time. Also good I'll be going pass my milestone, too. (Mine and DH's son was delivered at around 30 weeks).
Things are definitely looking up though. Very happy for this how things are going. My baby Louisa being a very busy bee right now. I'm loving her rolling movements. Sometimes a little surprising, but I do love the movements
Passing my milestone is very exciting. But can most likely now see even though being in the 3rd Trimester can be exciting ... can also be kind of a drag, too. But things are definitely appearing great for my baby Louisa and I. Again very happy that I'm passing a big milestone right now. Countdown there are only 9w 5d left until baby Louisa is expected. Both DH and I are very happy.
August 1st I had my check up with OB at 32w1d. Have gained a total of 17 lbs through all my appointments. Very good news. Most my OB like to see me gain is just up to 25 lbs. Blood Pressure is doing well and baby's heartbeat sounding very beautiful.

From baby Registry I receive bassinet sheets. Also just yesterday surprised and happy my Godfather would want to buy the crib set for DH and I. The crib set comes with Changing Table and clothes drawers for the baby. Rarely get to see my Godfather and he does something this sweet for me. Of course made a Thank You card for him. I very much appreciate being his Goddaughter and love the gift! My baby Shower at my mom's is this Saturday. Felt like forever!
On a roll another update what I got from baby Registry. My dad and his gf got me the Car Seat DH and I wanted for baby Louisa to take home in once she's delivered. Also made a homemade card for them, too today. There was another card I made for a friend of mine and DH, too. When I see my Godfather/his wife, my dad/his gf and my friend on Saturday for the Baby Shower I'll be sure to hand them their cards I made for them.
Being all goes well I cannot believe that there are only 31 days left in expecting Louisa. Very exciting! My Baby Shower turn out and gifts was great. Very happy baby Louisa and I got to have one. Carrying baby Louisa she is doing very well. I've felt her moving/rolling around all day today. I'm sure with her mom being very happy, baby Louisa is happy in hearing all happiness vibes around mommy.
Wednesday, August 29, 2007 is appointment for 36w1d. I'll see ultrasound in hoping baby Louisa head is down and then regular 2 week check up. Then after that I will go in every week seeing my OB starting September 5th where I'll be 37w1d. If baby Louisa's head isn't down then my date for C-Section having baby Louisa delivered will be 39th week on September 20th.
Edit: Wow my ticker now on last baby, too!
Today is my 25th B-day! From My Space I have only a few wished me a Happy Birthday which is nice. I'll probably hear from my mom and dad after they get off work today. But no plans as far I know.
I had my appointment Wednesday. First at 3PM to check on U/S if baby Louisa's head is turned which she's not. Although I have a second chance to see baby Louisa's head is down this coming next Wednesday, September 5th. My blood pressure was found to be a little high at last appointment, too.
11:22PM at home my contractions got stronger. Then easing up. 1st one only being the most strongest. 4 times after that at 20min intervals been not so bad. Still Epi and I didn't like to take chances. Epi's mom came to pick us up and take me to Labor&Delivery to monitor the baby along with the contractions, too. The contractions got closer at the hospital from 20min, 14min, 10min and even 6min apart. But only find still I'm 1/2 cm dilated. (That was the same I was at when doctor checked me at the Clinic). I was checked out of the hospital fine. Baby Louisa isn't born yet.
Thursday, my mother did take me to the store to monitor my blood pressure to find went back to normal). I'm happy about that.
Still a little too early but baby Louisa's stubbornness is definitely starting to get to me in a way. Well I'll just see what happens next Wednesday when I go to the clinic in seeing my doctor. If Baby Louisa's head still hasn't turned I believe I'll have her delivered C-Section as early as September 13th. Or something like that. Because Dr. I saw last Wednesday thinking I will not go to 39 weeks for the C-Section. Since so close to term.
Next Wednesday, September 12, 2007 I will go in Labor and Delivery at 5:30AM to start IV and Antibiotics. (Antibiotics are to help start treating me for testing positive on Group B Strep). Will not have the baby delivered through Birth Canal. Baby Louisa is still in breech position. Around 12 PM is when my Doctor will do the C-Section to have Louisa delivered.
