I am going to attempt to eat healthier while pregnant this time around and exercise more. I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week since January, so that part ought to be easy. It's the healthy eating that's my problem. I gained 54lbs with ds and despirately want to avoid gaining that much this time around. I'm hoping that by keeping a pregnancy journal, I can avoid it this time. I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant, so I'll start today.
Weight at 1st appt on 6/7/04 - 151 lbs
6/8/04 (5 weeks)
8am - Raisin/date/walnut oatmeal
10:30am - LF strawberry yogurt, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1pm - Ham and cheese lean pocket, 2 roma tomatoes w/ lite caesar vinnagrette.
4pm - 1 grapefruit
6pm - 5oz steak, pasta w/ sauce, corn, peas (dh fixed dinner, mmm)
Exercise - 20 minutes eliptical machine, 10 minutes weight training
Cravings - Tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes!!!
