    Default 34 weeks today

Tomorrow is my 34 week appointment! I heard from people that Kristin Lewis was the "better" midwife, but from my experience I think I like Joyce Wilder better. Maybe just because I've seen her more and she takes her time with me, and Kristin seemed really rushed (she was seeing all her patients AND all of Joyce's patients though cuz Joyce was in for a c-section). I wonder who I'll see tomorrow, my appointment schedule says Kristin Lewis but we'll see. I still have to call and tell them I'm not going to the ultrasound tomorrow unless they think it's absolutely necessary. 150 bucks a pop is a big deal when you're saving every penny and have so much else for baby you could spend it on. Of course if she said we needed it, we would go in a heartbeat.
My baby shower is on April 6th.. I can't wait!!!!!! I hope people show up

    Default 34 weeks 6 days!

Works almost over today, yay! Alex has spring break, which is really nice, I'm really really glad he gets to sleep in. He really deserves it. Though today he didnt sleep in at all, he took me to work and then stayed up.
Noah has been pretty active lately, I so can't wait to meet him! Alex has been saying he just wants him here now, and is ready for all this to begin. I can't wait to see him in action!
I can't really think of any other updates, I didn't gain any weight at my 34 week appointment!!!!!! I wonder how much I'll be up at my next appt at 36 weeks.
Oh yeah, I have an ultrasound scheduled for this friday and depending on that, they may moniter me more closely with fluid levels and NSTs and stuff or induce me. Hopefully everything turns out okay and we have a healthy happy baby, Inshallah. Oh and I bought Noah some cute outfits too!!! I can't wait to see him in them. My favorite one says "I'm Bilingual, I can cry in both Urdu and English!" It's adorable
    Love you Alex and Noah!

Default 35 weeks and 6 days

I got a call from the dr's office today. The nurse said that they are going to start having me come in for nst's twice a week. I'm guessing they will make a decision for an induction based on the NST's, i get my first one on wednesday. i'm hoping that noah does really well so i can bake him as long as possible. The part i worry most about is that he may have to stay in the nicu. I know that would be so hard on us mentally and physically, and not the start to a life that I want for my baby. I want to bring him home and shower him with love. I'll just take the advice of my midwife and do what she wants me to do. Either way, we only have about 4 weeks left max! I feel like theres still so much I need to get done... but i have to wait until after my shower to get the rest of the stuff i need and basically put the finishing touches on everything.

Man, i have so many stretch marks. SOOOOOOO MANYYYYY STRETCH MARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope they go away. i've been having alot of contractions and cramping since the weekend... i wonder if i'm making progress. i'm not gonna be checked though, i'd rather just go into labor

well that's it for now. i don't feel too well right now ... stressed
