Had an OB apt today. Things are looking good and not too much to report. He did finally speak with my hematologist and they are on the same page. Go back on Sept. 5th.

Oh and the first football game of the season is Friday Night. Mixed emotions for sure. It's hard having a high risk pregnancy and a DH who is never home. And when he is here, he is gone in football land

Check for reaching the next milestone! My next one is 34 weeks and I really hope I make it. DH's team won their game. Thank God. He would have been impossible to live with if they didn't. It was a major rivalry game and those are always big wins and it was a shut out (35-0)

The in-laws are buying the nursery furniture, so we are grateful for that. My parents have been great too and my mom is going to throw what is going to turn out to be an expensive shower. It's nice to have family able to help and be so invested in this little one.

Oh I forgot to say last entry that I am up to a 10 pound weight gain. I may just be able to keep my weight down to only a 20 pound gain. I was overweight to begin with so I am happy that I am not putting on too much weight. I don't monitor what I eat at all really, but drink a ton of water....at least 75 ounces a day. Seems to be working

    Hi Dee

    Thanks for stopping by!

I wanted to let everyone know that I am going to be MIA. My PC crashed this weekend, and I don't have a lot of opportunites to access the org from work. If anything does happen, Karen achattylady, will update everyone if I cannot.

    Hello

Computer still down at home, but I wanted to make sure I updated everyone. I went to the doc yesterday and Jake seems to be doing great. I have my u/s on 10/3 and will have the Group B Strep Test at that time as well. I am very uncomfortable and everyone tells me I look like I am going to pop any day. I think it is because of the extra padding I had before getting pg I am carring so high this pregnancy too.

I am so glad to be done with my big events at work and now just need to focus on catching up and training my replacement for maternity leave. And my baby shower is next Sunday

    Hey Kati

I am so so so sorry I don't think I am going to be about to make it to your baby shower. Brett and I are going to an event in LA for his work saturday night. We are staying the night in LA and I just don't want to say I will be there and then something comes up. I am going to get you a gift. Can you pm me your address so I can drop it off or mail it to you? Once again I am so sorry.

We had a u/s yesterday and the doctor said the baby is almost 6 pounds. He is head down and in position and everything looks great. The doctor also checked my stich (cerclage) and it is holding up beautifully! He is going to check it again next weeks and we are still scheduled to remove the cerclage on October 15th.

My shower was on Sunday and it was wonderful! The baby's room is almost complete and I will post pics soon
