ShiningLight! Maybe the dog sensed something is not O.K.?!
I don't want to be stressing you out EVEN more but you know dogs can sense that you are going into a seizure and such ( like diabetic coma) so maybe the dog was following you because it felt you weren't safe?
Please talk to your doctor!!!! I hope you can find some peace and understanding with your oldest, because it's just not worth to strain your relationship with him.Hope his thumb is getting better. Love,Asha.

I think it's just typical of dogs to follow a pg mom around, just b/c they can sense the need for extra protection. But thanks for your concern.
