Anyone have a good Duck recipe?

Anyone have a good duck recipe? And I mean, like an American duck recipe that doesn't have orange or any other fruit flavoring lol. I am attempting my first duck (never even tasted it before) on Sunday and I could use all the help I can get!! TIA!

I have never cooked one before either, but will dig around to see if I have a recipe. I will post this afternoon.
