These are some nice, easy goodies to make and give away, like in a Christmas tin or whatever.
1 package chocolate almond bark
1 can spanish peanuts
Melt the chocolate in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave for 30 second increments stirring between each until entirely melted. Stir in peanuts. Drop by the spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to harden.
CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS
1 package almond bark (either white or chocolate)
1 bag miniture pretzel twists (the Rold Gold brand works best!)
Melt the chocolate in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave for 30 second increments stirring between each until entirely melted. Drop a handful of pretzels into the chocolate and then dig them out with a fork, one at a time. Let the chocolate drip off of the pretzel, then place it on wax paper. Allow to harden.
PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 package hershey kisses
Preheat oven to 375°. Stir together peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Roll the dough into balls and then flatten with a fork twice (making a waffle pattern.) Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (but check then sooner, mine are always done in about 7 or 8 minutes!) Don't overcook them!
While still warm, press a hershey kiss into the center of each one.
CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 pkg. any flavor Cake Mix
1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
Combine all ingredients at low speed until thoroughly moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes. Cool two minutes; remove from pans.

If desired, stir in 1 c. chocolate chips or 1/2 c. chopped nuts.
(I always use yellow cake mix with chocolate chips...YUM!)
Okay, now add yours!!!
