    Chocolate-Toffee Trifle

1 box chocolate cake mix or brownie mix
2 boxes (large) chocolate instant pudding mix
(milk a directed on pudding mix package)
    1 tub Cool Whip
4-6 Heath Bar candy bars (or Skor)

Bake cake or brownies as directed, cool & break into chunks.
Make pudding as directed on package.
    Crush Heath bars.

In a trifle bowl, repeat the following layers: cake, pudding, Cool Whip, Heath bar bits (sometimes I mix in the bits with the Cool Whip instead)
If you're *not* pregnant, you can add 1/4 c Kahlua and pour it over the cake to soak in before putting it in the trifle bowl.

This is a super-easy recipe and the ingredients can be kept on hand for "emergency" pot-luck needs! Kahlua or not, this is usually a big hit with a crowd and looks pretty, too!

    Crescent Roll Reuben
    -Crescent Rolls
    -Thousand Island
    -Sauerkraut
    -Corned Beef
Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Press each to form 12-inch-long rectangle; press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 2 long rectangles. Press each to form 12-inch-long rectangle. Layer half of corned beef on each dough rectangle, cutting to fit if necessary. Top each with cheese and sauerkraut. Starting at long side, roll up each tightly; seal long edges. Place, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet; tuck edges under.

Bake at 350'F for 12-14 minutes...Slice and dip in thousand island...easy and simple...so you have time to enjoy VALENTINES:0) W/ your loves:0)

    Hey ladies!

    SUPER SIMPLE PORK CHOPS!

These are a favorite! Everyone I've shared this recipe with has loved it

    2 TBS soy sauce
    2 TBS worchestershire sauce
    4 TBS ketchup
    4 TBS brown sugar
    1 TBS canola/vegetable oil
    1 tsp lemon juice
    4 boneless pork chops

Preheat your oven to 375. Combine all ingredients except the pork chops to make a sauce. Place your chops into an oven safe dish. Cover with the tasty sauce. Cover dish with foil. Bake 20 minutes, remove foil. Bake about 10 minutes more. Chops will be super moist and tasty!

    ENJOY!

    Broccoli Cheese Soup

2 cps potatoes, pealed and diced
1 cup broccoli. Chopped, cooked or frozen
    2 cups water
    1 cup celery, diced
    ½ cup onion, chopped
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    ½ tsp salt
    Dash of pepper
    2½ cups milk
    3 Tbsp flour
    ½ pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

In a large, saucepan combine first 9 ingredients, mix well and cover, simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Mix flour and milk stirring until smooth and add to saucepan, cook until thickened, stirring often. Just before serving add the Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.

    Makes about 4 servings.

You may double the recipe or add more broccoli as desired. Don’t make in a crock pot but you may put it in one to keep warm.

Our very loved and favorite recipie is called Anniversary Chicken.
I love it cause it's so easy, and tastes so stinking yummy!

Brown as many chicken breasts as you need.
In a casserol dish, cover the chicken in barbeque sauce and ranch. It's about a 50/50 mix, and you need enough to cover the chicken.
Top is grated cheddar cheese, chives and some salt and pepper.

Cover and Bake at 350 for about 30 min.

    HOW EASY IS THAT?!?!
We like to us Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

Asparagus is an aphrodisiac *wiggles eyebrows suggestively* so eminently suitable for use as a side dish on Valentine's day!
I coat it in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and a shake of sea salt, and then fry or grill until it goes a little bit sift. So yummy! I usually serve it with chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and wrapped in Parma ham, and baked in the oven for 30 mins. Yumsers!

    Creamy Broccoli Chicken with rice

    Ingredients:
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
boneless chicken breasts (as many as you need) - I buy the frozen ones with 6-7 in a bag - approx. 3 pounds
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    salt and pepper
    1 cup milk
    white rice

    Preparation:
Place chicken in the crockpot. Cover with frozen veggies and cream of broccoli soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours. (Boneless chicken breasts might be dry if cooked too long.) Add milk about 45 minutes before done, or 30 minutes if cooking on high. Serve poured over rice!!! Yummy!
