Some of us at the TTCAL board thought this might be a great idea. Every week, someone submits a healthy recipe. Those of us participating will have that entire week to cook it, and post in that thread what we thought of the recipe. If there's a LOT of people wanting to participate, we might end up with two recipe's per week. Please sign on the thread if you'd be interrested and we'll get it started.

This sounds like a great idea! I had actually had the idea to post a not so healthy recipe and then see how people would change it to make it healthy. I am sure all of us struggle with those high calorie dishes that we just can't give up! Either way, it sounds like a good idea.

OK, I started a schedule at top. Christine, I put you first. I hope that's ok with you. I figure a new thread can be started each week by the person posting the recipe, just make sure you put "weekly healthy recipe" (or something similar) in the title so that we know it when we see it
