I have a good one, at least I like it!

1 bag Santito's (or whatever your favorite tortilla chips are)
    1 can Refried Beans
    Shredded cheese
    1 lb hamburger
    1 packet taco seasoning

    Brown hamburger with taco seasoning.

In a large microwave safe bowl layer chips, refried beans, hamburger, cheese cook in microwave 2 min or until cheese is melted and refried beans are warmed through. Do layers again and cook another 2 min or until refried beans are warmed through.

You can eat as is or add lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, etc.

This is the only really decent microwave cooking recipe I have (most of my microwave cooking is tv dinners or ramen noodles).

    Microwave Rice

    1 cup rice
    2 cups water

Mix ingredients in microwave safe bowl that is twice the volume of the rice and water that you begin with. Microwave 13 minutes on high, continue minute by minute afterwards until proper consistency is reached.
